But just in case, if u know po, do you think pwede pa po ako mag try sa MEXT Undergraduate Stud Scholarship if may bachelor's napo ako? Gusto ko po makakuha ng another undergraduate degree.

Yup
They'll give you more preference over someone who don't know Japanese
They'll only consider it if you've cleared JLPT it can be N3,N4 anything
