Damn, dude, all your stuff is rock solid! I don't care if you're showing how to throw the most basic technique; I will watch it, and I always learn something. Appreciate it.
I always wonder which part of the leg should impact on opponent ? The lower shin or the upper or the arch between leg and foot ? Been fightin semiprofessionally and it looks like people kick differently. Let the debate begin
Honestly probably a better question for a doctor lol but Bas Rutten has a video about kicking with hips open (just like this video) and to hit with the blade of the shins for maximum damage
Exactly what I needed. The arm position in cover feels very unnatural for (even if my trainer is yelling at me). I love to combine it with a punch or even Touch my opponent. Thank you very much!
Are you watching Lion Fight 22 tonight? I can not wait for it to start. It sucks that Kem sitsongpeenong had to pull out of his fight but either way it should still be an awesome night of Muay Thai action.
Every Muay Thai instructor that I've had including a 4 time Lumpinee stadium champion teaches to throw the rear hand down while throwing the kick. Some Thais will even throw both hands down during a low or body kick.
Hey Sean! Your channel is awesome! I'm from Brazil and I've just started training Muay Thai. I've been learning somethings in your channel, and I have a question: Shouldn't you protect your face while you were low kicking his legs? I'm asking it cuz I guess he could punch your face, so I thought you should leave your face far from his hands and protect it with your right hand. Thanks!
good Instructional, but no idea what you talkin bout with dragging the back/kicking foot. you definitely do not look like you're dragging the foot. clearly looks as if you're going straight into it

Hi can you show how to do it with lead leg?
For me it is practically the same except i quickly change my lead foot, without moving forward
Is the step before the kick about a foot ???
Thx
What?
When you step is it important to push off the back foot
+Niall Tucker Yes that's how you drive power in your kicks
please replace the smoke alarm battery
hahaha

I got really tight hips, this technique is a problem for me.
Same the struggle is real. I still react, even when i realise that this was 4 years ago that u have written this comment.
