If anyone else is struggling to find your last weapon orb for " Coaching is Overrated" trophy / achievement beware that one of weapon orbs is listed in chapter select which most likely is the one you are missing , This orb can be found in chapter 10 at 13:33 of this video , By the way if you have all character upgrades and completed all challenges orbs and also have all collectibles listed in chapter selec then you are definitely missing that one.

Like my case, if you miss only this specific orb, on chapter select screen will show that you already collected all the orbs of this mission. But if someone play and follow your video from start, he will find all for sure.

IF YOU ARE MISSING ONE ORB after all of it and don't know what happened, here is the solution: The game has a flaw in its count system. The last orb before the final stage that you see on the video at 13:42 does not count within the system, but counts for the upgrade. If all the other orbs are shown taken by the count menu, then it's a 100% chance that this is the one you missed.

@@l1l--lppl Acupuncture was a bit annoying, in certain combat arenas there are spikes on the walls and if you use the chi blast on enemies you can impale them on the spikes. You need to kill 50 enemies like this so I personally put my character upgrades into the Chi Blast right away, found an easy ish combat area with spikes and just forced little enemies into the spikes until the achievement popped! Good luck!
This game just got a new update that allowed me to get the platinum. In the update the midnight snack level shows three orbs when previously it was four.

@@IKraynter Yes, it's highly advised to get the challenges done before reaching the final mission, particularly the final boss. There is no New Game+ or mission select option. I have every other trophy except unlocking all upgrades and the platinum, so I'm currently playing through on easy, and using this guide to help me find every orb. Thank you so much for this. Seeing that the game is filled with invisible walls, death warps and unintractable ledges all over, so many hidden orbs is unjustified. This makes the exploration even worse than DMC5.
@@rahul-qm9fi eh, how they're literally impossible to walk around without collecting during the tutorial aka ch.2, the tutorial even highlights it & says pick up weapon upgrade as seen in the video at 0:28 that being said there are definitely some terrible ones in very weird places
if you are using chapter select the first collectable in lvl 11 is still at the end of chapter 1o. If you use chapter select you cant pick up first collectable in last level.
Okay How you make it the best this was may way you pull yourself against a normal opponent and shoot directly, the best way to do this is with a shotgun

I missed a lot of these before I noticed they’re hidden around, so I ignored the guides until I finished the game. Now I started a new game after completion and NOTHING carried over? Do I need to do it all over again. including challenges?

Sadly I still have to replay the game from scratch because I started a new game and there was a ton of misinformation everywhere else (TrueAchievements, Reddit etc.) regarding progress carrying over. Luckily the game is only like 6 hours long. I’ll get on to finishing the collectible hunt later.

@@WheatYT Unfortunately not! :( In the chapter select screen it says that I've got all orbs collected. When I'm in game and go to the challenges, I've completed all the challenges that give you orbs as a reward. I really don't understand how I'm still missing one lol
Yes. You need to build up your finisher meter. then when standing in front of an enemy press L1 & L2 together. There are I think 3 or 4 bars in the meter (the yellow circle, bottom left) and depending on which enemy, depends on how many bars are needed to be filled. Just stick to the most basic enemy as you will do it much quicker that way.
this is a good guide man. But unfortunately somewhere in chapter 7 the run n gun and Mr doctor challenges stopped tracking for me! meaning my plat is unobtainable. any solutions?

1/2 levels have changed since launch but if you follow the guide with the level select should be super easy

Try restarting the level or closing the game. If nothing works you might have to restart 🥲
