Thank you so much! I get panic attacks, and do find meditation and breath work helps sooo much. I’ve now started incorporating the Vipassana meditation technique when I feel an attack coming on and it helps sooo much

You should look into Vipassana and see if it’s something that would benefit you as well!! It’s helped me so much!
