- The 83 year old Swedish lady Aino Tigerstedt who since 30 years supported Tibetan refugees in Nepal take her last trip to Himalaya to visit the camps and her old friend The Dalai Lama.

Thank you for making this excellent video presentation about Aino Tigerstedt, who devoted her life to the welfare of Tibetan refugees in Nepal and India. I was very much touched by her love and kindness. Her last journey to the Himalayas and audience with His Holiness the Dalai Lama was so blessed and emotional.
