The real estate speculators will bring in restaurants, boat docks , summer rentals. and other businesses. Insurance rates will be higher , forcing folks to sell or be uninsured or under insured. The zoning ordinances will require upgrades on homes and owners will have to qualify for property improvement loans- they’ll be denied. Then they’ll have to sell at rock bottom .
