FILE YOUR COMPLAINT IN THE COURT! Those developers and contractors do not care what you complain about on TV or on the Internet you must file your complaint with the court and make them explain as well as show proof that they are allowed to be on your land.
You must get your complaint document it in the court because they're not going to just go away if they know that the law is not going to stop them from bullying you
