Your words have changed my thinking, which in turn has changed the way I live. I thank you very much for that. I live in Germany, so I depend on videos like this. Here in Germany and near me there are no gurus to go to and I lack the time and money to fly to India regularly. So I am grateful for the new media.

Being in Guruvada has brought me more joy than I could have imagined. Because I have been shown by Maharishikaa the Truth impulsing within myself. Yes, it is a relationship of a lifetime for me. It has been challenging, but the rewards are undreamed of.

I do sincerely love Maharishikaa.....I recently participated in one of her online Satsangs...and it was soooo very wonderful. But I feel very moved to share this: I also think that everything has 2 sides and the bringing into the light of corrupt Gurus especially one who have sexually abused their students must be pointed out. This is a big at least partial reason why Guruship has fallen somewhat into disfavor by some. Also that followership, and missplaced surrender has caused a lot of harm which has stayed in the dark in the past.....is now coming to light. Having said that I agree with everything she said about the dark side of psychology and the loss of ancient wisdom. Maiyaa has said that she loves America although it has it's big faults, like greedy capitalists. But we were founded by people who were pretty strong on never surrendering!!! So all I'm saying is I wish she would more address the good reasons why people are afraid of surrender and confused about it. She seems to say here that the Guru Shishya relationship is not hierarchical. But certainly it often appears the opposite. There are such important issues to be address by anyone perceived as an authority figure in this world....especially as we see soooo many people abusing their positions of authority. After all the whole modern world is suffering and built upon the struggle between the balances of freedom, leading following obedience and rebellion. These are deep and powerful discussion points on this subject.

The choice is clear and undeniable and definite. Finding and being with your Guru OR getting drugged with medicines by going to psychologists and psychiatrists. Being with one's own Guru is a protection beyond anything ❤

It's becoming horrifying for me to see how other people in my age group are starting to turn towards psychology without even the slightest bit of hesitation, with such readiness to consume pills. Being a teenager in the city of Mumbai, i can say that having a Guru is such a necessity for us, the guidance and the Dharmic knowledge - we need it. Maiyaa and Her teachings have brought immense stability, strength and LITERAL SANITY for me!!

I think a lot of Westerners want a Guru in order that the Guru tell them that they are special.

If a student is more realized or attained than a guru, is the guru right for him then?
The whole point of being a guru is that you have to be an example of what you’re teaching. Ive heard you speak about it also.
Pointing out others egos is easy if you dont want to look at your own. Not saying it has to be like this.
I always appreciate someones attunement and self realization, well sometimes its not nice to be confronted when its needed but mostly i react negatively to gurus egos, not their inner self.

I have a lot of objections because i see so much unhealthy relationship dynamics going on in the guru world, and often youre not really given any space to address things you dont agree with. I hope i dont bring negative energy here, i do enjoy a lot of what is shared. But i also think its important to speak the things i find wrong or dont understand.

Expecting a guru to be perfect, yes this is a bit egoistic and not realistic. However.. There are consequences of gurus mistakes, and often the guru cannot accept or admit their mistakes, rarely it seems, so it gets transfered over and internalized by the student.

Once you connect with your inner self, the need of a Guru is over. If a person cannot make the right choices in life…by their own volition…….no guru or anyone else can help. A Guru is fine when entering the high school faze of a seeker i.e. a beginner. After that’s it’s just co-dependency. If a Guru wants dependents and followers or none of the students are maturing Spiritually……….…move on.

I'm curious. Does she really believe IN GENERAL that motorbikes are only for young people? Or was this something HE (the one who asked the question) should hear specifically. Hope my English is understandable.
I ask this question because in my world there are no real age associations for riding a motorbike. You can see almost every age riding a motorbike (except minors and very, very old people of course)

I think and feel she was challenging him specifically, perhaps his outward attachment. She evens says in another video that what she says to one person and to another might contradict or no sense to some people.

Is it really the gurus business whether or not the student drives a motorbike because there are accidents? It seems a bit like telling a child not to climb a tree because he can fall. It should be more about discerning where is the impulse of driving a motorcycle come from.
The gurus role is to help the student realize the self and live in tune with it, and the student makes his decisions by his inner guidance and discernment.

This is about Farmers in India, not influenced by Christianity and Western influences.....
A spiritual country like India also has its own problems, caused by internal systems, spirituality is not the solution for many it seems.
Farmer suicides in India refer to the national catastrophe of farmers committing suicide since the 1970s, due to their inability to repay loans mostly taken from private landlords and banks. NCRB data shows that the incidence of farmer suicides has remained high in the 6 years between 2014 and 2020. 5,600 farmers committed suicide in 2014, and 5,500 farmers committed suicide in 2020. If the agricultural laborers are added to the 2020 number, the number of suicides rises to over 10,600.[citation needed]

Spirituality is precisely the solution I believe.... it does not take away the problems but gives us inner strength to find solution to the problem. Without Spiritual strength even a something minor might feel like a volcanic eruption

Please....These days grow your hair out, wear orange and people will fall on their face, and question without any investigation. It unfortunately has led to all kinds of toxicity....I would really love to know your sources about Ramana and Shree Ananda Mayi Ma. Yes, when they were young they were considered crazy but once established were cherished from Badrinath to Kanya Kumari.
