  • IPRA Nationals 2022 Final. Was a cracking race until I got hit from behind which ultimately led to a ball joint failure a few laps later. Really enjoyed mixing it with different cars all producing similar times. Disappointing end to a great weekend, had really good pace but no trophy to show for it.......

Jordy what can we say? Epic save buddy. Viewers, watch again in slow motion. The moment the car gets hit from behind, look at Jordan's helmet turn. He does what very few people would do, he's looking exactly where he wants the car to go, not at the wall. Fantastic reaction time too.

Damn mate! Cracking driving 🔥 it suck for the failure at the end but great racing anyways. I've been following you since the eg video! Got the inspiration for my built from your eg. Keep it up dude 👏

How the hell did you get that back lol I thought you were to far gone! You can really drive I love the way you don’t back off when you don’t need to you just send it, great talent and reaction skills, bummer about some of the gear changes early on but that’s racing I guess the cars take a thrashing!!

Why did you get right on the racing line when your car was almost stopped? Were you trying to smash the whole field up?

Great racing, but you should have pulled off the track at the end. Risky spot to park it up.

What a pair to keep it flat when sideways pointing straight at a wall at big speed after getting tagged… and save it

So if you watch this video when Jordan Cox was in a similar situation, you'll hear the commentator say this: When in a front wheel drive car and you lose control and the car goes sideways, keeping your foot flat on the throttle is the best way to handle it - th-cam.com/video/lSZ2GcilS0E/w-d-xo.html

@@eurekasfray its easy to say it. a whole lot harder to do it when your facing a concrete wall at speed.

Flooring it in a front wheel drive car will pull you out of a slide. In a rear wheel drive car, flooring it in the situation he was in would have put him straight into the wall. Amazing reflexes and fwd experience shown by his split second decision to do so.
Better luck next time Jordan, you are always an exiting driver to watch.😉👍

Top stuff but I bet you wished you had the paddle shifter like on TCR. I would get excited about a Bathurst 1000 again if cars like this were doing laps.
