It has a 1.6 block with a g13B head also it’s a mk1 Suzuki Swift GTi so they do exist in Japan they are called a Suzuki cultus but GTi variants didn’t come till mk2 in Japan.
Cultus was just the Japanese market name for the Swift. Swift GTi was called Cultus GTi in Japan, even in Mk1 models. I had one for a few years. Decent car.
Dude your GoPro just found your ride's resonant frequency. I bet the camera was mounted really close to some part of the roll cage and when you hit that frequency range, the vibrations were of sufficient amplitude to touch the plastic casing around it. It really sounds like a mounting issue to me.
If you are allowed to swap out block and strokes on these cars to increase capacity, why couldn't they just let you turbo the EG civic and cake walk everything including this thing?
Nice driving but you should not be able to play with the glove box if your strapped into your seat correctly. I dont want to leave a negative comment, we should be talking about how awesome that little car is. Anyway great car and great driving
In car camera needs stiffer mounting or some weight to damp it's movement...or both....Great car/driver, it looked like the other cars were stalled at the start...
The glove box struggle is real!
I think it's begging for some weight reduction :)
too much power for the glovebox...
My car is more poweful than yours?
How?
Glove box mod.
Stunning start like the old days with the Civic... congratulations
put a picture of the car in the start or end of the video, i need to put a face to the car.
Nice driven
Excellent to see the Zook out on track. The vibration sounds like an exhaust note vibration. Try a cushioned mount instead of a fixed mount.
It's a race car. Who flicking cares about a vibration? Lol.
That was some spectacular driving at 0:58 Jordan! Not even sure that the commodore knew you were there!
Awesome driving as usual. Am still trying to improve my lines
That car is a little weapon! Would love to see a video of the instrument cluster to see rpm's in the next vid.
What engine is in this beast?awesome man. I wish they existed in Japan...
G13BT 1300cc turbo

Hey mate can you tell us the specs on the gti?
Good to see it in one piece and killing it mate! 👍
is the car front wheel driven or rear?. what engine you are using in this race car?
FWD G13B Turbo.
Could you please give us a tour of the car.... That would be great.... Cheers from 94 gti daily drive:)
It appears your camera wobble is caused by exhaust noise vibration pitch is to high affecting camera.
What motor powers that car. K20?
G13B 1300 twin cam turbo

@Jordan did you hiding some extra ponnys inside glovebox :P (we know you do)
Where's the red civic?
241 kph = 150 mph. In a Suzuki Swift. What a mad lad. What engine is in it?
Its a g13b engine with a nice little turbo on it factory engine just better specs
My n/a one done it no problem with mild mods
What happened to the Datsun 1200?
total money pit probably died to many times..
enter it into clubsprint WTAC and show some big power cars up! miss my old gti
Wait, what kind of car is this? Sounds like it has a bike engine.
👍🏻
Can't wait to see this car dethrone Hislop.
Call it "Kingslayer"
That exhaust needs a resonator
