Crispy Dough Fries with Sausage Cheese on Sticks | Korean Street Food 'Corn Dog' Recipe | yummy 😋

My nice and daughter have wanted this Korean street food called 'Corn Dog' for a long time. And today I finally do. There are a few shops in Berlin where you can buy these and I was finally able to try and get the dough just right and got great compliments from my daughter 😃
INGREDIENTS:
DOUGH:
2 cups (300 g) wheat flour
1 cup (220ml) milk / vegetable milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
FOR THE OUTER SIDE:
Meatball flour / Galata flour
IN ADDITION:
4-5 sausages (halved)
100 gr Cheddar / Mozzarella
8-10 sticks
100 ml (or more) frying oil
