Poppy pour painting | Red flower blow dryer art

For this red poppy flower pour painting I wanted to try something a little different. I wanted to see if I could achieve a smaller tiered petal effect by blowing the piece out with a blow dryer in stages. I think the effect was really beautiful and made this really pop and have dimension.
I used a 3:1 ratio of floetral to paint and water to thin. Featured colors are Arteza bordeaux red, cadmium red, crimson red, white, and metallic black. 20"x16" Please like and subscribe. Every little bit helps! :)

I didn't choose art, it chose me. Since the age of 5 I knew I was meant to be an artist and have pursued that passion ever since.
