1. Sign up for identity IQ to check out your credit

2. Look on credit report to see if it is a true collection or charge off
Verify that the debt collector is able to connect that in your state nmlsconsumerac...
3. Verify that the collector of the debt has not surpassed their Statute of limitations by Googling the statue in your specific state
4. Medical collections under $500 have to automatically be deleted by the law
5. Use the four consumer laws to dispute negative items on for your credit report:
Consumer Laws to Use to Remove Collections:
Collection Agency has not provided validation information under 12 CFR 1006.34(b)(5) but yet they placed a collection on your consumer report.
You have not been given a chance to dispute account according to 12 CFR 1006.34(c) (4)(i)
Collection agency is violating your consumer rights by using false misleading, misrepresentation and deceptive means.
Collection agency has no authority to furnish any account to a consumer reporting agencies without providing any and all disclosures required by law and they are in clear violation of
12 CFR 1006.34(d) and 15 USC 1681-S2(7)(A)
6. Use Chat GPT chat.openai.com/, or Gemini gemini.google.... to write your dispute to the CFPB

That's awesome! Did you upload any documents on the CFPB site? I didn't see that part in the video. If so, how do you upload a credit report to the CFPB. I'm not tech savvy. Everything else was demonstrated and explained very well.

RECEIPT! I used this method for a collection. Submitted the CFPB complaint Tuesday night. It was deleted from Experian when I woke up Thursday morning 😂 Waiting for the other bureaus to update. Thank you so much for the information yall! Onward and upward with my goals 🙌🏾

Hey how is it going? did you get all of your collection accounts deleted? 3 months later, and oh question, for "Each Collection Account" did you write separate letters for each collection account including all (4) laws?

Wow! This Is Awesome.....One collection agency sent me a subpoena to go to court the night before they called to tll me not to show up for court because they changed their mind, I went to the hearing anyway, they never showed and the judge just sent me home..

hey can you clarify that scenario you gave about collections not able to collect in New York after 3 years because the statute of limitations is three years... I believe the statute refers to the ability of the collections to sue for the debt after 3 years, however the debt can still legally report to the bureaus ...please advise .. see you in Philly in march ✈

What about removing collection from original creditor that has not sold debt to collection agency but has hired them to collect. Original creditor on my credit report.

Hi, I watched this video about a week 1/2 ago and filed a complaint with the CFPB about a collection on my husband's credit report and I got a response that basically says they sent a notice saying that since I didn't dispute it when the dunning letter was sent, then tough luck said the duck, and they will not remove it from his report, what do I do now?

I submitted my letter to CFPB but the collection dismissed my claim and sent some copies of bills, and copy of a contract between the original creditor and them but it doesn't have my name or account number. I submitted again and now the CFPB is saying its a duplicate and they closed the case!!!
I would say to get the Attorney General involved. the one from your state. and that should be free to you. just show them all the documents. Point out all the violations and the remedies you would like.

They don't have access to do that. You filed a complaint with them and the credit bureaus have to comply
Does anyone know a strategy for deleting charged off accounts specifically. TH-cam is surrounded with strategies on how to get rid of collections but I’ve never seen someone explain how to get rid of charged off accounts from banks
