This one is a quartz watch, it runs on battery, you can buy genuine old school mechanical watch that you can wind up and it runs for 48 hrs before rewinding, its a hassle but definitely worth the mechanics that you can see

I have around 60 nice wrist watches, but have recently started collecting pocket watches. Just like the old time feel and in the case of vintage pocket watches...the history involved. My most recent ( just received it yesterday), is a Patek Philippe. I really like this watch and it will most likely be my go to pocket watch.

If you open it up and then open the back ( which is where the clip is ) you can open it both end which allows you to use it as a desk clock ( I learned that yesterday as I was given a really expensive one and my cousin told me this )

I ordered a 14 chain gold quartz plated pocket watch off the Amazon.co.uk costed me about £5.29 from the Wonolo courier saying its 90% positive feedbacks definitely would recommend this if you are into the vintage like 1920s, 1930s, 1940s etc it's very well made but the only problem is that you might have a struggle adjusting the time on it took me several minutes to do this

Most of the time it took a sr626sw maxell , but that crosses to a Duracell 377. If that will help.

I wouldn't have that for free. It's a hunter so the '12' should be where the '9' is. The protective plastic is worth more than the watch.
