Thank you for helping me so much. you are spot on about all this i wish I knew it long ago.. i became a serious hoarder at a older age Just my spouse getting dentures and us having to pay back a loan for them and then the Pandemic with a food stamp benefit which was reasonable. i have to eat up what is there but I can do it. I have sentimental value on my possessions that my spouse bought me. But he wondered what I got. Time to spring clean. Time management was a issue with the both of us he wanted my attention but he wondered why I got nothing organized. But he wanted results. My Alexa is my timer, better than a braille one. I hate the paper trail , Government and agencies say save to your files. Iam tired of that concept. Even now i still try to get rid of paper. I try to find reason to keep less.

For me Michael displays an outstanding level of behavioural therapy which I rarely find in others : his fluidity with concepts, his thoughtful descriptions of the intricacies of emotional and cognitive processes and much more, is truly remarkable. Behavioural therapy as good as it gets. 👏👏👏
