Up next is my no hype review on one of the most popular if not the most popular Spring Summer Louis Vuitton Perfume out there. This is my breakdown of Louis Vuitton Afternoon Swim! I chose to do it due to the polarizing feedback I got, with some loving and hating this perfume for a multitude of reasons. Anyway, here's my say on it! Enjoy!
I usually find so boring when youtubers start explaining all the notes of a fragrance but this is the first time I just couldn't stop listening. It was just so entertaining and informative!! Thankss so much!

I am a woman , who gets enough attention by men to assume I am “okay” looking ..lol..Happily married ;) AND I chased a guy to ask him what he was wearing , and he said: Afternoon Swim ! If it matters at all, I am a fragrance snob and have over 50bottles …this is great stuff!

I see a lot of negative comments about it’s longevity. It’s a citrus fragrance with ambergris if I’m not wrong and I’ll tell you one thing. This fragrance projects well and becomes a skin scent after 5/6 hours but trust me the sudden whiffs of the fragrance you get before and after it becoming a skin scent is just stunning! I sampled this at LV and wore it the whole day, while working I kept getting this smell and was like whoa! It just lingers around you even though you don’t realize it. I have over 90 fragrances in my collection niche and designer, all I can say is that this is one of the most if not the most beautiful citrus and uplifting scents I’ve ever put my nose on. Purchasing a bottle this Monday! Pricey therefore sample it before you buy, I hope you will not be disappointed.
If you want it to last an extra hour or 2, layer it with molecule 01.
I wasn't at all impressed with this stuff spraying it on a card. But when I sprayed it on skin it just came alive. I've got a 10ml decant now, and I'm looking forward to running through it and buying a full bottle.

This is good but limme crazy. I have side effects, aventus, Carlisle, Layton, baccarat, mortal skin, Soleil de jedda,promise,this afternoon swim, Elysium, hacivat, cedrat Boise,coromandel,erbapura, African leather,halfiti,Gyan,tygar, moon, falcon leather, montobacco n more, but limmensite wins in compliment, people always stop me on road to ask me what is it. Erbapura too like that.
Is this redundant if you own Tygar
Love Imagination the best by far with monster performance. Pacific chill is a close second. I do like Afternoon swim but lasts 10 minutes on my skin

Have you tried Mandarine Basilic from Guerlain? How does that one compares to Afternoon Swim? They sound similar.
I get consistently 10 hours. I’ll get 6 hours when I’m not hydrated. Its not a fragrance to have a scent trail all day unless you spray it everywhere. It’s a great fragrance and can be layered with the California collection.

@@TroyD247Mall I have the travel size. I’ve been wearing it daily for the past few weeks. Two sprays on the chest and one on each arm is good enough for me. When I’m a little bored I’ll go with City of Stars.

Mine came with the magnetic part of the cap not seated properly. This frag smells super super super girly to me. I guess that orange peel opening is nice after the dry down but it smells super super girly for some reason
How would you compare this Erba Pura? Is it pretty redundant for oranges?

@@TroyD247Mall thanks buddy. Unfortunately where I live we do not have the Bvlgari exclusives so I can not try it . However we have LV. I have and love Ombré Nomade , nouveau monde and I immensite . I also love afternoon swim but had heard that tyger was similar and also very good. I will take your advise and go for afternoon swim 😀. Best wishes from Mexico

i have slight allergies to colgnes ,none the less i love the smells,but a light cologne that doenst last long are for the gentlemen portion as myself, i must try this
this and orage are my favorites! i keep samples i can take with me if i know i might be out longer than usual and i can spray more after a few hours

How about on clothes I usually don’t spray on skin I think that perfumes perform a lot better on clothes versus skin
I have a sample of this and really enjoy it. I also have Llmmensite and like that one a lot. A full bottle of Afternoon Swim is on my to get list. I think they still offer bottle refills at a discounted rate.

Does this smell anything like John Varvatos Artisan Pure? I hate that one. It smells like bathroom freshener.
This is a must buy. I am using a clone. First time I got a compliment. U smell nice.
The orange or the top is soooo prominent. And amazing. I am Making this my signature wear. My clone is long lasting than original.

You use a Clone but you know for sure it's better and Longer lasting than the original 🤦♂️
I've only tried Montagne Afternoon Dive DUPE and it's longevity is easily 8 hours with overspraying. But I never tried the OG.
I love afternoon dive from Montagne. Had to get a backup bottle. Would like to try LV afternoon swim but will probably go with a decant first.

Layer it with Molecule 01. Spray molecule 01 and spray Afternoon Swim right on top. It’s will increase its longevity by around an hour or two.

I find it feminine even though it's marketed as unisex.
