The longevity and high quality of Cory’s surfing for decades is absolutely amazing. He still has such great pop in the air and honestly rips like a high level pro at the top levels of surfing. Super inspirational.
Cory is a total tube monster and performer, his insight is top notch. However, for common mortals, surf dads, oversized weekend warriors like the rest of us, would be useful some insight from peers, average surfers with average dims and approach. Would love to see reviewed Timmy Patterson surfboards too, a master of the art.
Do you think that maybe bringing in a couple of average Joe's or Jane's on the boards that you have sold them and get their opinions how they performed with or without your personal input to the boards they took away from your awesome shop the best on the East Coast in my opinion Anyways another killer video my friend Be well and God Bless You and Yours 👍
Average Joes will never be able to give concise info on a how a board performs ,in all humble honesty. In other words can you honestly say you would notice a 1/8 inch difference in width or thickness? They would immediately. Plus I don’t want to see someone stinkbug stancing through a new board review.
Great stuff, good 2 hear a hight perfor’ surfer what he takes in terms of Volumes and style Now need a review of a Pro on the Ripper ! Its amazin High Performance board !
Yours and Noel Salas videos help me make every decision of boards. Very cool! Thanks, keep it up! And Would be very cool if you make a more accurate comparison video to the RNF96😁.
If I ride 27.0 litres with my shortboards, should I take the 5'4 (27.25 litres) or 5'3‘’ (26.0 litres) or reduce the thickness by 1/8‘’ of the 5'4'' to have +- 27.0L?
@@Ian-1080 have you ridden the rnf? i was thinking about getting one but i couldnt really grasp the interviewers perspective on the difference between the rnf and pisces
@@sage4286 yeah I’ve had a few. I definitely think it’s an upgrade. Slightly more high performance with a pulled in nose and wing tail. Black sheep has better durability and more pop. I agree though would appreciate more in depth breakdown of the boards and better comparison

Corey has always been one of my favorite goofy foot ogs

Corey + Trip = wonderful episode for surfboard nerds!
Legend, I remember watching a video of him with his brother in Australia like 20 years ago, best style in the game
I've been eyeing the Pisces in Black sheep construction. This was excellent.

Great video, however at the 5:04 mark I missed what happened on the wave due to belly interference. 😏

Mr’s the way to go. Micks will probably work too
