    Homes are all lovely.....trying to downsize from Palm Beach County (got too crowded). Your video is excellent; I worked in real estate for many years so I can tell when a good video is made. This was very helpful in getting a good idea of the homes. What brand of appliances are supplied? Would the pool at the community center be a saltwater pool also? Thanks

      Thanks for watching! These videos are the next best thing to seeing the home in person, especially for those out of the area. I work with a lot of people moving up from Palm Beach and further South. This builder (along with most builders in the area) offer GE and their family of brands (Profile, Cafe, Monogram). The community pool is under construction right now and the developer hasn't specified if that would be saltwater. Most community pools in this area are not saltwater chlorinated.

    Are you adding any landscaping to the homes? I drove by and saw a pond or lake......will there be man-made lakes? I'm wondering about drainage. Thank you.

      Hi Ellen, I'm a realtor that specializes in new construction homes - I don't work for any one particular builder. If you are interested in potentially purchasing or building a home up here, I would be able to represent you and work with you throughout the process at this or any other community. This community will be adding landscaping to individual homesites and the common areas and all of the "lakes" planned for the community are man made retention ponds that drain into the canal that the community backs up to. I hope this helps clarify things.

      Mattamy doesn’t offer pools, they don’t offer as many upgrades/customizations. Not really a comparison

      Builders says to estimate 2% of the purchase price before exemptions in this area.

      Not exactly. Still far less saline than the ocean - saltwater pools turn salt into chlorine.
