Loved the video, high HOA and carpet in rooms are a bit turn off. I know HOA covers some stuff but I'm pretty sure it won't stay at $380 in a couple years.
Thank you for watching!!! Tradition is known to have a master association fee of $195/mo no matter what community you are in. That covers cable, internet and alarm security. The community itself has a separate HOA covering lawn care, common areas and amenities. Like anywhere, homeowners associations can change the the monthly fees, but they will need to stay reasonable with competitive communities. We haven’t seen the more established communities increase fees significantly and they have been around over 10 years. Port St Lucie also has new construction homes in areas without HOA fees and Central Park is one to look at for amenities and hoa $341/Year!
