I am not really sure how many you would have to chain for a wider scarf, this is the first scarf I ever made with this stitch. You might have to google multiples of stitches for Ripple or Chevron stitch.
Beautiful work but you should have clearer instructions. Around the 3:50 mark you said skip two and make one dc then you started counting to four. Also when you turned since the 3sc are considered a double crochet you said 4th from hook which tells me to count not the dc you made but the four previous stitches. I found this to be extremely confusing.
Great tutorial. Thank you
very beautiful!!
Thank you. I am glad you liked it. :)
Thank you, just what I needed 😀
Love it!
I am glad to hear that, thank you.:)
So beautiful , but if I want to make it wider ?

Is it necessary to cut the yarn every time you change color?
Is there a way to make this without the holes?
Is there a written pattern for this?
I really like this pattern , thank you for the video. How wide is the scarf using 27 chains, when it is completed?
Mine was 6.5 inches wide.
please what is the foundation ?
Thank you .
I chained 27. 24 for the foundation +3 for the DC replacement.
