Literally only the first one you mentioned is a hidden feature and is practically useless. All the rest are not hidden as they are either available in the menu or in the app. Very misleading video. For all of you who got stuck in the test mode, hold the side button for like 10 seconds and the watch will restart.

Pretty misleading video, the hidden menu is of no use since the entire thing is in chinese and you dont have an option to go back you need to restart the watch....just dont make videos for the sake of running your channel😒👎

Just touch Not the Widget, but the surrounding , the grey part around those Widgets, of the Exercise widgets on the app.

open cmf app> tap on profile icon> tap on gear icon> diable 24 hour time by tapping toggle button.
