I made Gulam Jamoon yesterday night, use different flavor essence like Butter scotch, vanilla, pineapple, green apple, etc... in the sugar syrup before adding the fried balls for different flavors of your liking. Yesterday I made with butter scotch flavor. Enjoy and have fun.....
Gulab jamoon . Gulab meance Rose. You can add a few drops of food grade rose essence sugar syrup. Earliar days, we used add a few petels of pink rose during boiling sugar syrup. Soak the gulab jamoon more time in sugar syrup( size of ball should double)

I think you missed adding elaichi powder, rose water, also No need to pre heat the syrup before adding gulab jamun bcoz freshly fried balls already has heat to keep the syrup warm and also reduces serving time. Just a suggestion. Anyway loved your vlogs. Keep going .

Actually for gulab jamun you should get mawa specially made for it from authentic sweet Mart in your city. And add specific quantity of Araroot powder and make Dow. This is not the authentic way of doing gulab jamun. No curd is added

Add more baking soda in the making to make it fluffier. Also guys gulab jamun premix is available in the market which is also good for beginners. It tastes good and fluffy than the traditional method.
Gulab jamun are best if we let it soaked overnight in syrup and heating a little bit in the morning and with a dollop of vanilla ice cream 🍨😍 it's the best combination you'd ever have! But you have to choose a decent vanilla ice cream though😂Tip : be careful having ice cream in India guys...many brands use palmolein oil as it's base which is very unhealthy so try to find brands which use milk solids or dairy related as their base for ice cream.
