The intro party where they both tell each other i dont like jokes and i dont like u is actually from the movie kuch kuch hota hain and the dancing in the saree on snow capped moutain scene is from Ranbir’s father rishi kapoor musical film chandni. He is imitating his fathers moves from a song. A lot of old film dialogues and jokes have been used throughout the film.
Love the movie watchalongs but where’s other reactions? Such as trailer reaction. TH-cam video reaction especially carryminati dropped the bomb. This channel isn’t what it used to be. It has dried off honestly. The channel has completely taken a u-turn from trailer reaction which kickstarted the channel to begin with. This channel grew in production but failed to put out more content IMO. My point is I hate having to wait 2-3 days just for a single watch along. I humbly request @cinedesi team to read the comments and listen to the audience.

I actually watch the reaction to this movie just for that " mujhe Shaba se beinteha mohabbat karne ke liye ,Shaba ki hi jarurat nhi ". I love it . And i hardly get any reaction out of this line , dont know why . Is this a childish dialouge as well ? What i like the most is , it has no typical happy ending , i loved it that they were not turned into a lover in the end. I loved how this one sided love story aint about strangers either , or it would be more creepy. They are best friends , one got feelings , and one just cant develop that feeling . Thats all . And this is how it actually ends in real life as well . Thats why i love this movie .
I dont care what people say about this film but nobody can deny the fact that this film has one of the best soundtracks of the decade Title Track and Channa Mereya track brings me back those memories and those good days ❤️
