Just found out that in DaVinci Resolve version 18.6 (Mac version), you can also assign keyboard shortcuts to script commands, but somehow in 19 Beta (Windows version), that option is gone.
This is really great! I really appreciate it. I can't see the "Master/Recording" displayed even when I click the Media pool menu. I want to be able to drag the Essential Active Word into the Timeline, animate it then, drag it into the Media Pool, then delete the E.A.W. in the timeline then, use the Copy subtitle from Scripts under the Workspace Menu just like you did so that I can animate the entire Studio generated subtitles. Do you know the reason why I keep seeing my video clips and the dragged EAW in the Media Pool and not only the EAW like yours? And lastly, what If I don't want Davinci to generated a subtitle for the entire video for instance I only want a segment generated, how do I isolate this exact segment so as to degenerate subtitles for only this portion of the video? Thank you.

Hello friends. I suggest you add a sports display template to your starter kit that can display team names and scores. Sport is very closely connected with all of us since childhood and we, as editors, really miss your template on this topic. Anton

on 19 beta does it work? because for me, from the workspace/script/copy subtitle when I copy the subtitles, no window appears for choosing subtitle track
Were you ever able to figure out if datamoshing was possible to do on Davinci like it was possible to do on Adobe? I know that some guys made a tool called Datamosh 2 for After Effects, but I didn't hear anything back from you on this one. I'm guessing that is just too complicated or not possible at all through davinci. I mean datamoshing is purposely corrupting the video to do wonky things and I just don't know if Davinci can do that. If you did find a way to do this, I would definitely recommend that you sell it for at least $50, if you turn it into a tool. I've been looking around and it seems my best bet is reactor MT_glitch, but that still isn't what I'm looking for...oh well.

This template shows one word at a time, it also works for Arabic font in my tests. Thanks.
But it reads those single words left to right to display so they would have to type the sentence in backwards…

I tested in 19.0B BUILD 25, it's working for me. You can open the console window, and see if there are errors when you run the script, thanks.
