Ridiculous. Bakugou was literally blitzing Shigaraki around, and Shigaraki was stated to be as fast as All Might in his prime, and Bakugou actually made Shigaraki fear him, Tomura himself didn't understand why he feared him that much. Even before that, Bakugou had a much easier time destroying his fingers than the other heroes and his HI: Cluster was the only attack to do actual damage to Shigaraki and burned some of his head off (even Tamaki's Plasma Cannon didn't even leave a scratch), and Shigaraki destroyed it because he found it threatening. Shoto is definitely crazy strong now, but Bakugou is way above that.

..........I mean, Current Deku solos all of current class 1-A. Bakugo needed a quirk awakening, aka, unlocking his true potential, to match, presumably, a full cowl 45% Deku. And Deku can just use more percent, Fa jin to just super blitz and one-shot him and use any of his other quirks.

Bakugo and deku literally have feats putting them at all might level. Bakugo speed blitz shigaraki and damaged him. Its already been stated shigaraki has all might level durability and bakugo was the only one who managed to damage him. Realistically shoto is big 3 level. Hed more than likely lose against mirio

His quirk did a little damage not no serious damage. He only surpassed Shiggy's speed for that instant, and Shiggy looks like he's getting a another transformation, so he's still evolving homie. I'm not a Shoto fan boy my guy, but I say Todoroki wins

Bakugo wasn't as OP as Shoto but unlike Shoto Bakugo has a better drive and determination and literally is significantly faster and has better technique. His howlizter impact cluster automatically is more impressive than Shotos Aeger.

Dabi is fodder compared to shiggy. Shiggy is the strongest character in the verse of all time and you compare him to dabi who is endeavor level, dabi is in the likes of top15, maybe lower
