Really nice video 👍🏻 The only thing I disagree with are the things your said about sleep. I believe that our society has a wrong look at what sleep really is. Sleep is a superpower and not an unproductive unnecessary thing (this is what a lot of people think) . You can maximize your learning effectiveness through enough sleep. This is not only my opinion. It is shown in scientific research and I think it is really shocking that we are the only species who refuse to give the body the right amount of sleep. But I am sure you are aware of that so I don't wanna teach you about your live.
I think if we all slept for how much our bodies really needed to we wouldn't have time for other things in life. It's all a trade-off for what's most important to each person 🙂

Usually about 2-3h if I don't have hospital placement that day. Weekends I spend mostly chilling if I'm honest to recharge for the weeks ahead!

I sleep 7 hours regardless of when I sleep. Usually 12-7 though :)
