Hey Khama medic it’s me Manav I am a huge fan of yours and I am in year 13. I have got an admissions exam for university 4 weeks today and so pls may u do an exam routine video pls it’ll mean a lot 😎 Thanks bro
One of the biggest benefits of waking up early is the ability to go to sleep early. If you wake up at 5 a.m. and you're productive throughout the day, you'll be more tired by the end of the night, making it easier to sleep.Shorter yet healthy and productive time periods are better than long but tired ones👍👍
@D’andre Woods waw story of my life but instead of gaming addiction I have social media addition. how did you overcome the addiction and the information overload? I'm still struggling with both
Kharma medic is an amazing guy and his videos have truly inspired me to work harder and be more disciplined. Now I'm a first-year medical student and documenting my journey. Your feedback will be greatly appreciated on my first Vlog. th-cam.com/video/qkZp3rytPMY/w-d-xo.html

The effortd you put into study and you videos is amazing I am a lazy student but there is no need for that anymore, I really appreciate the videos you do & helps me motivate towards my own studies. You will make a great doctor.
the prerequisite for this is that you have a good, healthy sleep. I wake up in the evening and can't sleep before 2 a.m., wake up every 2 hours and only get 6 hours per night, which is far too little. i am extremely tired and powerless every day, and then have difficulties concentrating. as soon as the sleep is insufficient, you can no longer go through a daily routine as you have occasionally called it and then your studies also began to fluctuate.
The description of the last situation in that emergency surgery was so existencialis than anything else. Also, the situation with the baby and the father was so heart touching. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and experiences.
