That Hawaiian A330 landing was super smooth
Very nice footage of our dinky but exciting one runway airport. Has to be the most convenient airport in the U.S.!
It has the busiest single runaway in the U.S and the 3rd in the world
Nice video. I knew 767s, 787s and A330 landed there but had no idea 747s and and 777s did.
Who could ask for a better plane spotting compilation from KSAN than this?
At 2:50 you can see an Omni Air International 777 just below the JAL 787. Very cool!
I used to sit at that same spot for hours and hours, watching some of those same flights. Makes me feel nostalgic. Thank you.
Suprised to see all the int'l traffic into SAN (been away too long), most surprising was the Edleweiss and JAL flights. Good on SAN, no need for LAX and SFO to have all the fun. Nice video work.

Great video, I used to watch the planes come & go in San Diego back in the 80's , alot of 727's and Fat Albert 737's , DC-9's, DC-10's and an L1011 every now and then. You had a super view back then....you could basically park anywhere along the fence line and watch the planes, now it's all controlled employee parking or something like that.

First time I ever flew was to San Diego to go to Boot Camp. Boot Camp was right next to the airport.

Yes, the largest aircraft that flies here now is an A350-1000
I did see a 777 before at San Diego airport. I don’t recall the last time I saw it but it can fit some large aircraft.
