This video is very easy to follow and understand. I like how this video give a lot of different examples on what to do and how to do it. I also like how the examples are directed towards specific groups of students.

Differentiation in instruction is fine.... Exams though, I prefer common exams. If there is no common exam...how does one know who is truly superior or smart? If we say every student is talented in his own way.. that'd be false. There's only one einstein and one pele.
As a new teacher I really really appreciate this video AND I like the byline, the teaching profession makes every other profession possible!!!!
