Its less not slow down. China is atill in very healthy economic condition. When China was growing 12 to 15% our congress party was busy in emergency and looting nation. The two nations almost at same stage in 1960 , china become 6 times bigger economy than india by the year 2000.

India's population growth and economic development require improved transport infrastructure. Ofcourse there are other things India have to focus upon but infrastructure development is indispensable for India's economic growth, sustainable development.
