    Thank you so much for your videos. I have a new Jack H2 (in Abu Dhabi) and your videos have been invaluable! One question, please, can the foot pedal be moved to the right?

      The foot pedal can be moved to wherever is comfortable for you, you may however also have to move the motor controller as it is best to keep the pitman rod in a vertical position for best control.

    Just picked this video up. H2 is 550w not 750w as you say. The H5 is 750w. I nearly bought a H2 late last year but postponed until the paindemic eased. Glad I did as I found a fully automatic machine with walking foot, thread cutter and programmable stitch counter for sequenced sewing of batch projects. Cost about the same.

      Hi. I'm not sure where you got that information from, all the "H" series machines by JACK have 750 watt servo motors. I have a H2 and checked the data plate as well, it says 750 watt.

      @@ozcommercialsewingmachines UK market must have different specifications. The H2 is around half the price of the H5 with the difference being the thread cutter, back tacking, foot lifter and motor size. I opted to import a higher spec. machine directly from China for less money than the H2 and better features than the H5 but without foot lifter - no regrets.
      It's one of the many versions of the computer programmable 0303-D3 750w direct drive class of Chinese offerings that are available.

      @@biomechanique6874 hi these comments are interesting as I’ve been looking at a H2. What machine did you you get from China?
      I’ve just looked briefly at the H5, is it correct is can do bar tac and backtacking?

      @@ajkrugby Hi Adam, I finally settled on a Slinsir SMT-0303D1 750w. The 0303 walking foot type is quite generic as far as Chinese made machines go. They are also very robust - I have seen one that looks like it has done a couple of million miles in a Middle Eastern factory, quite beaten up and still going strong. The reason I chose the Slinsir version is because of a promised 5 year warranty.
      I cannot properly comment on the H5 as I have never seen one in real life - just on websites and you tube. In the UK they vary in price from around £900 to £1300ish. Not even cheap on Alibaba. Considering the features of the computerized direct drive motor on the Slinsir compared to the more basic Jack H5 and given the very reasonable Alibaba price including shipping and import tax I feel I have a more suitable machine for my needs at less than two thirds the price of the H5 and a little less than the H2. Bargain. I hope that helps a little.

    Is there a difference between
    H2-A-CZ-12 and H2-A-CZ

    • @ozcommercialsewingmachines
      @ozcommercialsewingmachines  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I believe the main difference is the stitch length. the -12 means 12mm stitch length from memory.

      I work in the field of car upholstery and I own a machine with a stitch length of 5, but I want to buy a machine with a longer stitch length because the stitches do not look perfect. I want to consult you about whether I can use a machine with a stitch length of 8 or is it necessary to get a machine with a longer stitch length?@@ozcommercialsewingmachines
