If the DC% stat worked appropriately LTG would never get an actual match because the opponent would get a Match Ready pop-up for a user with a 95% DC rate and not even bother with him

The stages...it was the stages all along.
LTG likes to be able to retreat, a lot, which is why small stages mess him up so much. He's also repetitive, I'd say a solid 40% of his losses are because his opponent adapts to what he's doing. He only mixes it up when his opponent starts to get a read, and his mix ups can be very obvious. He relies heavily on being able to play at a distance, like how a Kuma player would play, but he's got too big of an ego to play Kuma. Both of his mains have strong range options, which he uses to get in, and then tries to smother with up close and personal offense, he never deviates from this strategy. When he does it's because his opponent has shut him out, this usually ends in him losing since he doesn't practice other strategies nearly as much.

My feelings exactly. And I been playing Tekken since the 90s. Thing is, Dale is bad in every game he plays. It's just that simple. Saw him play as peacemaker in mk1, absolutely terrible.

Yeah, but the thing about the stages, turtling, runaway etc. is that like 80% of the time you actually want to be relatively close to the opponent. Sure, there should be infinite stages and maybe there will be in the future, but he’s just making excuses as usual.
