Imagine how he felt; Jumping rehab walls when he could've walked out the front door as to remain undetected, fully loaded shotguns, buying plane tickets he never got to use to locations unknown, getting into taxis with a pocket full of ammo, hanging out above a garage to see who's pulling in the driveway. He died a man on the run. I heard they (whoever "they" are) even broke his legs. When you look at photos of his body in the greenhouse, on his right leg from the kneecap down, it doesn't look improbable.

This footage was never aired on MTV. I'm pretty sure it was recorded by a Seattle public access host named Richard Lee. The short clip of Kurt Loder at the end is unrelated to the greenhouse footage, it just happened to be on the same VHS tape.
this video is strange because the 1st few seconds are of a nirvana show from the way early days with chad channing, so the person taping this grabbed whatever tape they could find to record this. this was def taped by someone who knew kurt cobain.
I could be wong, but I believe this footage was taken by the independent journalist and long-time Cobain death conspiracist, Richard Lee. Lee is definitely an interesting Seattleite.

Many people, including some of Kurt's friends believe he was murdered. Washington is one of the few states that doesn't require that a suicide case has to first be investigated as a possible homicide. And the medical examiner who performed Kurt's autopsy was a friend of Courtney Love, who used to book concerts at clubs Seattle. Nobody disputes that Kurt wrote most of the letter. It's just the last few lines that are in a different style of handwriting, which are the only really suicidal parts.

Don’t get me wrong. I think Kurt was very talented. But What makes him a hero? He influenced drug use, depression, he was rich and famous at our expense, and supposedly took his own life. Hero is definitely not the word I’d use. But you’re right it is sad.

Like it or not that’s called being an influence, which ultimately leads to depression. I can’t say how Kurt truly died but if he did take his own life than he’s a coward. Not a hero. Hero’s don’t take their own life. Unless it’s to save to someone else’s. It makes no difference time passed as long as the item being printed is handled correctly. The gun would have had Kurts prints all over it. And probably Dylan Carlsons and the gun shop sales person and anyone else who handled it before it was sold. Not massively relevant. This is something that holds people back and enables the fantasy of the conspiracy theory to thrive.
I don't get what happened from January 1994 to his death. In that interview in mid December Kurt talked about finally getting the right medicine. He was happy to have a kid and be married. Wtf happened in those few months before he died?

Who died and made you the king of the internet? I'm not sure if Kurt was murdered or if it was a suicide. But I do think the case should be re-opened and re-examined. The cops immediately jumped to the suicide conclusion without a proper and thorough investigation. Things like Courtney Love's close friend being the medical examiner shouldn't be ignored.
Most people who doubt Kurt killed himself have never been truly suicidal. I had a great job, a loving family, money, and I wrote a letter and tried to hang myself in the garage one day. I’m not calling people who believe the conspiracy theories stupid, I just think most people lack a life experience that few have.

@sliat1981 The Rome incident was an accidental overdose. Even the doctor who treated Kurt at the time said so. Courtney started calling it a "suicide attempt" only after Kurt's death.
The whole rome incident never being mentioned as a suicide attempt until after is still just as inconclusive and doesn't get us any closer to the truth. It very well could have been a suicide attempt and Kurt and courtney decided to keep that confidential. If someone has just actually attempted suicide, they're pretty fragile and you don't go immediately tell the whole world.

Was just pointing out that bird shot and slugs are basically on opposite ends of the shotgun load spectrum with bird shot being hundreds of bbs and a slug being 1 solid piece of metal like a bullet. Both are obviously loaded into the same casing, but shotgun shell and slugs are not interchangeable terms.
His drug addiction and heroin withdrawal was also taking a toll on his life. I recently found out that one of Cobain and Love's last interactions was when Love told Kurt, in rehab, that he dropped the baby. I could imagine something like being a very catalyst that could push someone over the edge.
Odd cuz id seen in several documentaries that she tried and could not get a hold of Kurt in rehab, like he was refusing her calls and visitations. But I did see, and think there's footage of it, that somebody brought his daughter to see him while he was there. Never heard anything about him dropping her, but have heard that was the last time he seen her.
He had a daughter, he had people who loved him and cared about him. He had the money to get the best possible treatment to overcome whatever he was struggling with. He was in that very tiny percentage of artists who were blessed to be able to do what they love and make a very good living from it, and he blew his brains out. I don't understand it, and I don't feel sad for him.
The European leg of the In Utero tour was pretty rough on Kurt, for whatever reason. And things started going bad with Courtney, she was supposed to fly in to Paris to be with Kurt for his birthday, but supposedly was with Billy Corgan instead.
And after Kurt's death she immediately began dating other celebrities. All of whom ended their relationship with her and ended up hating her. Tells you a lot about her.
You can see his hair 😔 To the people asking why there isn't a lot of blood is because it wasn't a heavy duty type of gun. The type of gun was used to like shoot cans or something. Though he was shot in the mouth, according to what I've read he just had a little blood coming from his ear and mouth. But it's also important to note that if Kurt really did do it himself, there probably would be more blood. It's quite possible that he was already passed out and/or dead when the shot happened. He just had WAY too much heroin in his system to not pass out. His death will always puzzle me.
Turk, there was trauma to the skull, not enough for his brains to fall out though. That’s the thing too, he was dying already when the shot went off. The only weird part though, is the fact that if he did do it too himself his brains would’ve been everywhere.

Guys, I know I have said this a lot, but it's never been noticed. Okay, here goes. You see, in that picture of Kurt, with just the legs visible, he is wearing shoes. You can not physically fit your foot in the trigger guard of that gun, let alone with a shoe on. My uncle has that EXACT same model of gun. I went over to my uncles house a week ago, saw the trigger guard, and tried to stick my foot in (unloaded). It wouldn't fit .Thumbs this up so people can see.

Z they also found the shell on the opposite side then it would of landed on the shell landed on his left side when it should of landed on his right bc that’s where the chamber was on the shotgun

The crazy thing about this footage is just how close Richard Lee (The filmer IIRC) got to actually videoing Kurt. You can see his hair, but if Richard had managed to drop the camera by a foot or two I imagine he would have had a clear shot. It's also amazing the police photos of Kurt still havn't leaked. They won’t but we’ve been told what they are. He was recognisable and there was some eye damage but not much. He had an open coffin. A lot of information from authentic sources out there. I don’t think the actual photos would help much other than to prove his head wasn’t ‘blown off’ as Courtney tried to paint in the media and her biography by Poppy Z Brite. In that Courtney, sick af, says she peeled a bit of his scalp off the wall and washed it.

I remember watching MTV non stop when I woke to the news that Kurt had died, in total disbelief. I adored Kurt and Nirvana and still do. Much as I despise CL, I find it hard to believe that she was involved in his demise; she's always been such a sad, drunken and drug addled mess that it's inconceivable she'd not have spilled her guts about it even just once, in some chemically induced moment of ''honesty.'' The woman seems to be borderline psychotic and you can bet she'd get off on sharing her little secret with at least one other person? It's how a lot of murderers get caught in the end..they can't bear the lack of recognition for their crimes and start to give themselves away. She's not smart enough to have gotten away with such a high profile crime for all these years, in my opinion. Rest in peace, Kurt.
The entire case is undeniably a big jumbled mess, probably the most outrageous amount of red flags and inconsistencies that I have ever seen. So, you are right about one thing. Courtney was and still is not smart enough , BUT that’s why the entire story is so ridiculous , it’s hard to acceot how it can Al be ignored. Courtney had some type of connection with almost the entire team of investigators, police dept. People were paid off. This case still haunts me decades later. He was too pure for this world, with such a pure soul. And didn’t deserve to die the way he did. I still pray he will have justice one day. Its never too late for then… Rest up my King….
@HeavyMetalSkater11 This was either recorded by some neighbors or random fans that were in the vicinity when the news hit the radio that a body was discovered at the Cobain residence the morning of April 8th 1994. They were apparently in a tree that overlooked Cobain's greenhouse. Judging by their suits, the men in the room w/ the body are either SPD detectives, or King's County medical examiners. Regular cops would be in their standard police uniforms.
The VHS video makes this place even more sordid, this house is quite nightmarish I find ... I had read testimonies and they said that in the evening or Kurt had disappeared, his friends were looking for him everywhere. They were afraid in that house, they stood by the hand and opened each door gently, they all expected to see him dead somewhere. It was not yet night when they heard a noise in the garage. They freaked and ran at full speed in their car. Once in the car, one of his friends said "I think I saw someone up there", the others wanted to go back to look for him, but the driver said "no, because this house is really fearful at night ".
Kurt's had mentioned multiple times he planned to divorce Courtney, get full custody of their daughter and quit Nirvana. They had a prenup so Courtney would have got nothing. The amount of heroin in Kurt's system would have killed him instantly and would not have allowed for the concentration or dexterity to lift, point and fire a shotgun. After he died Courtney had the house torn down and she had the gun he used melted, destroying all the evidence in case a future investigation was ever opened. He wrote in lots of personal journals that his daughter saved his life and he would do anything for her. Courtney had him killed. Plain and simple.
No. He killed himself. Anyone with half a brain knew he was depressed. Just look at the lyrics on the last album. He also had a previous suicide attempt in Italy. He was a druggie with violent tendencies despite his soft side. He had chronic stomach pain. He was living a crazy life he had never expected. It was too much and he killed himself just like many people in similar situations have done. It's not as rare as you think. Even normal people kill themselves. You want to think you're smart, but you're not.

And he wrote in his personal journals which were published into a book, that his daughter essentially saved his life and he'd do anything for her. I'm not trying to "sound smart". But anyone with half a brain can see that the police did not do their due diligence and didn't even consider that it could have been a staged suicide. Courtney Love was going to lose her daughter, her husband and any possibility of money from royalties if Kurt had gone through with the divorce. It's not that farfetched to think she'd have him killed.
Courtney decided to hire private investigators to deal with her depressed husband that she thought was going to commit suicide instead of telling the public so that anyone around that could find him could check up on him. Which one sounds morally right to you? Also Courtney loves the press so much why wouldn’t she tell the public?? Also Kurt’s journals show that he loved his daughter way too much and had a Will to live because of her.

@Buhaked Not even close to the truth. Many completely same people exhibit no physiological response to telling a lie. At best, a "lie" detector is actually just a "stress" detector and even innocent people are more stressed by certain questions. You don't have to be psychotic to pass at all. Simply not caring is enough. For some guys, just believing they can take the examiner in a fight is enough. And a lot of people have never been punished for lying and have not developed a response.
@pria1994 I've seen that pic, and it's not Kurt. According to the crime scene reports, his head was completely intact. Photos were taken at the crime scene but destroyed. Courtney Love claims that the funeral home workers cut out Kurt's heart and kept it as a souvenir and videotaped themselves dancing with Kurt's body to a Pearl Jam song. And she supposedly sued to have the videotape destroyed.

It was just a video of about three guys from the Seattle news trying to line their pockets with live footage of Kurt Cobain's corpse, and apparently the cops didn't mind at all.

@sliat1981 2/2 you can go online an read that police report where Kurt said he went in the bathroom to get AWAY from her he said he wasnt suicidal then she admitted to the cops she lied , then of course the intervention she threw for him while she herself was still on drugs as were everyone there, because he said he wanted a divorce and turned down 9 million to do Lalapolloza , they had a prenup , if he divorced her she got nothing, oh & her album was coming out as well which she promoted 3/3

The shotgun had multiple shells of birdshot loaded. The scene had little to no blood because he had already died from heroin. His head did not blow off and Krist said that they “stitched him up pretty good” when he saw him at the viewing. El duce said Courtney offered him money to kill Kurt while they had a show in LA. El duce took a polygraph and passed every question. He was later murdered and made look like a suicide as well and they also killed Kristen Pfaff bass player from Hole because she was talking to Kurt a bit. Bass player died to heroin and so did Kurt. According to the autopsy he had damage to his genitals like they kicked him in the nuts after he died. Once Kurt was dead Courtney hired Tom Grant to find Kurt and to “Save the American icon” which is just awful. Tom grant was with Dylan Carlson who actually knew what happened and was working as an insider relaying information to Courtney. Tom grant could not locate Kurt after serval days so Courtney called a security guy to install cameras specifically at the garage / green house and there was Kurt. Finally found after roughly 5 days even though everyone thinks it was only a few. His tires on his Volvo were all slashed you can see it in the garage in the photos the day they found him. And now we live in a reality where nearly 90% of the people ive asked have been fooled to thinking that he blew his brains out because he was so depressed. When in the real reality he was going to stop Nirvana and start playing with other people and he loved his child and actually had to die for her which is just heat breaking. Courtney wanted him to do lollapalooza but Kurt refused losing millions of dollars. If you remember the incident in Rome he supposedly swallowed a bunch of pills / wine and claimed it was an accident but to me sounds like foul play and being drugged. He talked to Dave later on the phone and Kurt said it was just a mistake and so did his label. Kurt wanted to divorce Courtney or at least have her taken out of his will which was confirmed. He went to rosemary carroll Courtney AND Kurts lawyer and said he didnt want anything to do with her. rosemary told courtney the news to warn her about the break up and thats when things went bad REAL BAD. Later, a letter sheet in courtneys backpack was found by rosemary in her house which she showed to Tom Grant which was confirmed. courtney took notes from Kurts journals that were in his safe and kurt and courtney only knew the combination. She forged the suicide letter and wrapped it up at the very end to make it look like no divorce was ever occurring and they basically cornered Kurt that day and he was clearly out numbered as they forced the heroin. They shot him right after he had no pulse explaining why there was no blood at all in any of the evidence photos. Because he was already dead

I still believe it was cali, cali girl friend and Dylan who staged it as a Suicide because they where all Heroin users and i bet one them found kurt passed out off of heroine and injected more in him to kill him and did the deed for Courtney.

@@andres09ism it's simple what happened Kurt was passed out from using his normal Heroine at his house or in the green house and then Cali and cali girlfriend injected a Leathel dose of heroine to OD him, Dragged Kurt's body to the Green house Garage or that's where he did his Heroin and then they stage his death with shotgun from Dylan help telling them where the shotgun was then placing $uicide note and the note on stairwell and left. While Dylan playing dumb at Kurt's house when Tom Grant was there with him while Courtney love was in the loop and making that final phone call for kurt and making a few Attempts on kurts credit card to make it look like he tried using them like normal to draw away anything Suspicious. Then after kurt Cremation Courtney destroyed the Green house.

I went to the funeral home to say goodbye and it was hard to see him like that. They fixed him ok, but you could see his head was busted up. They folded a kerchief over his eyes and forehead. I held his hand and it was so cold. I left feeling really bad. I drove home alone and out of habit I tuned on the CD player. The Pixes tune sang “Break my body, hold my bones, hold my bones.” I gasped as if my heart stopped so I turned it off. I got home and thought I was going crazy. Even after like 20 times at the sink, I couldn’t wash that cold off my hands. I called Dave and he said I wasn’t going crazy and that it was shock I was experiencing. That realization made me feel a little better. I crawled to bed dazed._ _I just don’t give a fuck after that. Maybe I shouldn’t put it like that. So some bands want to play - for free- Nirvana tunes in this cool venue and that’s somehow wrong? Can’t people get together for an evening to help somebody dealing with Cancer? What would Kurt say? I can’t image that he would skip the benefit. Kurt cared, he loved Susie. And Susie did a lot for him and Nirvana.I try to be a positive person. One thing I also do is try to laugh at myself when I see all of the silly things I did in my life. How can you forgive anybody when you can’t forgive yourself? I still can be silly because it’s a manifestation of joy. I am serious too, better believe it._ _Kurt put a shotgun to his own head. It’s so unbelievably fucked up - but that’s what happened. @sliat1981 I found it on 2 min here is part of the interview There seems to be a problem here. I will always accept Kurt's reasons and doubt Courtney's. On that basis then, why would Kurt write a note, prepare to leave, get the cash together, and then take an overdose? The two actions are contradictory. The other point is that Brite wrote that Courtney woke up between 3-4 in the morning and found him unconcious - but the ambulance wasn't called until 6:30am.
Also, she RECENTLY called the credit card company with Nirvana and told them Dave and Krist died in a plane crash in effort to get access to their account spending. SHE SAID THIS HERSELF when trying to explain the rant she went off on in Brazil. No credibility and a known violent person who will go to great lengths to get her way. Despite all that, there are too many issues that were never answered for or looked in to. The case deserves a proper investigation to put these things to rest.

Shot while his heart had already stopped beating, hence why all you see is some pinkish, liquefied blood/brain fluid under his head/hair, which came mostly from, according to police reports, dripping out his ears. This is a critical piece of video.
Yeah, you could see his entire body. If you google "Kurt Cobain death scene" most of the photos you see come directly from this video. As for the murder/suicide debate, with the way he looked, he most definitely killed himself. One of the things I specifically remember is when they took the shotgun off of his body they had to twist it with his wrist to remove it. He had a solid death grip on it.
I don't really know if this was suicide or murder, but it's still very sad, I still miss you Kurdt. I wasn't even alive when Kurt had his big moment, or when he left our Earth, but I miss him so much. This may seem strange, but even with all those years I still miss him, he did unique things, he was and is the voice of an entire generation, he was a beautiful and kind person, he really did not deserve all the bad things that happened to him. but it still feels so bad to wake up and know that he is no longer here, with us, it is so difficult to assimilate and I wish he was still alive I wanted to write this for Kurt, even knowing that he doesn't even know who I am, or just won't see this. But I love and miss you so much Kurt, I miss you every day, and I hope that wherever you are you are happy and at peace. Rest in peace Kurdt, we miss you every day and I hope to see you in my dreams at least one last time.

This has become extremely poignant for me recently after my younger cousin died of a heroin overdose while at a homeless encampment, and he wasn’t actually homeless. He still had a house way up in Northern California, even if parts of it very badly needed fixing, and working car, AND assistance from the Government for his disability, and he just pissed it all away.

Imagine how he felt; Jumping rehab walls when he could've walked out the front door as to remain undetected, fully loaded shotguns, buying plane tickets he never got to use to locations unknown, getting into taxis with a pocket full of ammo, hanging out above a garage to see who's pulling in the driveway. He died a man on the run. I heard they (whoever "they" are) even broke his legs. When you look at photos of his body in the greenhouse, on his right leg from the kneecap down, it doesn't look improbable.

This footage was never aired on MTV. I'm pretty sure it was recorded by a Seattle public access host named Richard Lee. The short clip of Kurt Loder at the end is unrelated to the greenhouse footage, it just happened to be on the same VHS tape.

Many people, including some of Kurt's friends believe he was murdered. Washington is one of the few states that doesn't require that a suicide case has to first be investigated as a possible homicide. And the medical examiner who performed Kurt's autopsy was a friend of Courtney Love, who used to book concerts at clubs Seattle. Nobody disputes that Kurt wrote most of the letter. It's just the last few lines that are in a different style of handwriting, which are the only really suicidal parts.

The gun wasn't checked for prints until over a month after Kurt's death. So I don't know how reliable that could be as evidence either way.
It makes no difference time passed as long as the item being printed is handled correctly. The gun would have had Kurts prints all over it. And probably Dylan Carlsons and the gun shop sales person and anyone else who handled it before it was sold. Not massively relevant. This is something that holds people back and enables the fantasy of the conspiracy theory to thrive.

I don't get what happened from January 1994 to his death. In that interview in mid December Kurt talked about finally getting the right medicine. He was happy to have a kid and be married.

Who died and made you the king of the internet? I'm not sure if Kurt was murdered or if it was a suicide. But I do think the case should be re-opened and re-examined. Most people who doubt Kurt killed himself have never been truly suicidal. I had a great job, a loving family, money, and I wrote a letter and tried to hang myself in the garage one day. I’m not calling people who believe the conspiracy theories stupid, I just think most people lack a life experience that few have.

@sliat1981 The Rome incident was an accidental overdose. Even the doctor who treated Kurt at the time said so. Courtney started calling it a "suicide attempt" only after Kurt's death.
The whole rome incident never being mentioned as a suicide attempt until after is still just as inconclusive and doesn't get us any closer to the truth. It very well could have been a suicide attempt and Kurt and courtney decided to keep that confidential. If someone has just actually attempted suicide, they're pretty fragile and you don't go immediately tell the whole world.

His drug addiction and heroin withdrawal was also taking a toll on his life. I recently found out that one of Cobain and Love's last interactions was when Love told Kurt, in rehab, that he dropped the baby. I could imagine something like being a very catalyst that could push someone over the edge.
Odd cuz id seen in several documentaries that she tried and could not get a hold of Kurt in rehab, like he was refusing her calls and visitations. But I did see, and think there's footage of it, that somebody brought his daughter to see him while he was there. Never heard anything about him dropping her, but have heard that was the last time he seen her.

To the people asking why there isn't a lot of blood is because it wasn't a heavy duty type of gun. The type of gun was used to like shoot cans or something. Though he was shot in the mouth, according to what I've read he just had a little blood coming from his ear and mouth. But it's also important to note that if Kurt really did do it himself, there probably would be more blood. It's quite possible that he was already passed out and/or dead when the shot happened. He just had WAY too much heroin in his system to not pass out.

Guys, I know I have said this a lot, but it's never been noticed. Okay, here goes. You see, in that picture of Kurt, with just the legs visible, he is wearing shoes. You can not physically fit your foot in the trigger guard of that gun, let alone with a shoe on. My uncle has that EXACT same model of gun. I went over to my uncles house a week ago, saw the trigger guard, and tried to stick my foot in (unloaded). It wouldn't fit .Thumbs this up so people can see.

The crazy thing about this footage is just how close Richard Lee (The filmer IIRC) got to actually videoing Kurt. They won’t but we’ve been told what they are. He was recognisable and there was some eye damage but not much. He had an open coffin. A lot of information from authentic sources out there. I don’t think the actual photos would help much other than to prove his head wasn’t ‘blown off’ as Courtney tried to paint in the media and her biography by Poppy Z Brite.

The entire case is undeniably a big jumbled mess, probably the most outrageous amount of red flags and inconsistencies that I have ever seen. So, you are right about one thing. Courtney was and still is not smart enough , BUT that’s why the entire story is so ridiculous , it’s hard to acceot how it can Al be ignored. Courtney had some type of connection with almost the entire team of investigators, police dept. People were paid off. This case still haunts me decades later. @HeavyMetalSkater11 This was either recorded by some neighbors or random fans that were in the vicinity when the news hit the radio that a body was discovered at the Cobain residence the morning of April 8th 1994. They were apparently in a tree that overlooked Cobain's greenhouse. Judging by their suits, the men in the room w/ the body are either SPD detectives, or King's County medical examiners. Regular cops would be in their standard police uniforms.
The VHS video makes this place even more sordid, this house is quite nightmarish I find ... I had read testimonies and they said that in the evening or Kurt had disappeared, his friends were looking for him everywhere. They were afraid in that house, they stood by the hand and opened each door gently, they all expected to see him dead somewhere. It was not yet night when they heard a noise in the garage. They freaked and ran at full speed in their car. Once in the car, one of his friends said "I think I saw someone up there", the others wanted to go back to look for him, but the driver said "no, because this house is really fearful at night ".

They had a prenup so Courtney would have got nothing.
The amount of heroin in Kurt's system would have killed him instantly and would not have allowed for the concentration or dexterity to lift, point and fire a shotgun.
After he died Courtney had the house torn down and she had the gun he used melted, destroying all the evidence in case a future investigation was ever opened.
He wrote in lots of personal journals that his daughter saved his life and he would do anything for her.

It was too much and he killed himself just like many people in similar situations have done. It's not as rare as you think. Even normal people kill themselves. You want to think you're smart, but you're not.

I'm not trying to "sound smart". But anyone with half a brain can see that the police did not do their due diligence and didn't even consider that it could have been a staged suicide. Courtney Love was going to lose her daughter, her husband and any possibility of money from royalties if Kurt had gone through with the divorce. It's not that farfetched to think she'd have him killed.
Courtney decided to hire private investigators to deal with her depressed husband that she thought was going to commit suicide instead of telling the public so that anyone around that could find him could check up on him. Which one sounds morally right to you? Also Courtney loves the press so much why wouldn’t she tell the public?? Also Kurt’s journals show that he loved his daughter way too much and had a Will to live because of her.

At best, a "lie" detector is actually just a "stress" detector and even innocent people are more stressed by certain questions. You don't have to be psychotic to pass at all. Simply not caring is enough. For some guys, just believing they can take the examiner in a fight is enough. And a lot of people have never been punished for lying and have not developed a response.
@pria1994 I've seen that pic, and it's not Kurt. According to the crime scene reports, his head was completely intact. Photos were taken at the crime scene but destroyed. Courtney Love claims that the funeral home workers cut out Kurt's heart and kept it as a souvenir and videotaped themselves dancing with Kurt's body to a Pearl Jam song. And she supposedly sued to have the videotape destroyed.

Like I said a while back, I haven't been able to find it since the early 00's and I wouldn't be surprised if its been taken down. It was online throughout the whole downloading period of Napster and other "pirate" sites; I stumbled upon it looking for Nirvana concerts. It was just a video of about three guys from the Seattle news trying to line their pockets with live footage of Kurt Cobain's corpse, and apparently the cops didn't mind at all.

The shotgun had multiple shells of birdshot loaded. The scene had little to no blood because he had already died from heroin. His head did not blow off and Krist said that they “stitched him up pretty good” when he saw him at the viewing. El duce said Courtney offered him money to kill Kurt while they had a show in LA. El duce took a polygraph and passed every question. He was later murdered and made look like a suicide as well and they also killed Kristen Pfaff bass player from Hole because she was talking to Kurt a bit. Bass player died to heroin and so did Kurt. According to the autopsy he had damage to his genitals like they kicked him in the nuts after he died. Once Kurt was dead Courtney hired Tom Grant to find Kurt and to “Save the American icon” which is just awful. Tom grant was with Dylan Carlson who actually knew what happened and was working as an insider relaying information to Courtney. Tom grant could not locate Kurt after serval days so Courtney called a security guy to install cameras specifically at the garage / green house and there was Kurt. Finally found after roughly 5 days even though everyone thinks it was only a few. His tires on his Volvo were all slashed you can see it in the garage in the photos the day they found him. And now we live in a reality where nearly 90% of the people ive asked have been fooled to thinking that he blew his brains out because he was so depressed. When in the real reality he was going to stop Nirvana and start playing with other people and he loved his child and actually had to die for her which is just heat breaking. Courtney wanted him to do lollapalooza but Kurt refused losing millions of dollars. If you remember the incident in Rome he supposedly swallowed a bunch of pills / wine and claimed it was an accident but to me sounds like foul play and being drugged. He talked to Dave later on the phone and Kurt said it was just a mistake and so did his label. Kurt wanted to divorce Courtney or at least have her taken out of his will which was confirmed. He went to rosemary carroll Courtney AND Kurts lawyer and said he didnt want anything to do with her. rosemary told courtney the news to warn her about the break up and thats when things went bad REAL BAD. Later, a letter sheet in courtneys backpack was found by rosemary in her house which she showed to Tom Grant which was confirmed. courtney took notes from Kurts journals that were in his safe and kurt and courtney only knew the combination. She forged the suicide letter and wrapped it up at the very end to make it look like no divorce was ever occurring and they basically cornered Kurt that day and he was clearly out numbered as they forced the heroin. They shot him right after he had no pulse explaining why there was no blood at all in any of the evidence photos. Because he was already dead

While Dylan playing dumb at Kurt's house when Tom Grant was there with him while Courtney love was in the loop and making that final phone call for kurt and making a few Attempts on kurts credit card to make it look like he tried using them like normal to draw away anything Suspicious. Then after kurt Cremation Courtney destroyed the Green house.

@sliat1981 I found it on 2 min here is part of the interview There seems to be a problem here. I will always accept Kurt's reasons and doubt Courtney's. On that basis then, why would Kurt write a note, prepare to leave, get the cash together, and then take an overdose? The two actions are contradictory. The other point is that Brite wrote that Courtney woke up between 3-4 in the morning and found him unconcious - but the ambulance wasn't called until 6:30am.
Also, she RECENTLY called the credit card company with Nirvana and told them Dave and Krist died in a plane crash in effort to get access to their account spending. SHE SAID THIS HERSELF when trying to explain the rant she went off on in Brazil. No credibility and a known violent person who will go to great lengths to get her way. Despite all that, there are too many issues that were never answered for or looked in to. The case deserves a proper investigation to put these things to rest.

@Evin07: It was birdshot, the kind Cheney used when he accidentally shot his friend. The gun and the shot were specific for home protection because of low impact, not going through walls. Kurt even told Dylan who bought the gun for him he was afraid someone was going to break into the house. If he was aiming to shoot himself why buy a gun for protection?
Shot while his heart had already stopped beating, hence why all you see is some pinkish, liquefied blood/brain fluid under his head/hair, which came mostly from, according to police reports, dripping out his ears. This is a critical piece of video.

Yeah, you could see his entire body. If you google "Kurt Cobain death scene" most of the photos you see come directly from this video. As for the murder/suicide debate, with the way he looked, he most definitely killed himself. One of the things I specifically remember is when they took the shotgun off of his body they had to twist it with his wrist to remove it. He had a solid death grip on it.
I don't really know if this was suicide or murder, but it's still very sad, I still miss you Kurdt.
I wasn't even alive when Kurt had his big moment, or when he left our Earth, but I miss him so much.
This may seem strange, but even with all those years I still miss him, he did unique things, he was and is the voice of an entire generation, he was a beautiful and kind person, he really did not deserve all the bad things that happened to him. but it still feels so bad to wake up and know that he is no longer here, with us, it is so difficult to assimilate and I wish he was still alive

@@MelchizedekKohen you do realise there are stories of kurt constantly taking incredibly large amounts of heroin in 1994 without any care if he overdosed, it was a large amount of heroin and probably would've knocked him out if he didn't shoot himself, but he was known to constantly take more than people thought were humanly possible and survive.

This has become extremely poignant for me recently after my younger cousin died of a heroin overdose while at a homeless encampment, and he wasn’t actually homeless. He still had a house way up in Northern California, even if parts of it very badly needed fixing, and working car, AND assistance from the Government for his disability, and he just pissed it all away.
