That's my hometown, where the walmart is now and braums, Used to be a field when I was growing up filled with horses in cows. I grew up about 2 blocks away and we played there as kids.
2:51 the building on the left used to be the police station. The jail was in the basement just up the flight of stairs was the dispatch window and the second story was where the detectives and desks were and when you round the corner there were bays for firetrucks. They have a brand new huge complex now.
23:53 this was the high school then the middle school as the town grew there was more division in the schools to accommodate the growing population. It just returned to a middle school recently.

Its the tower camera. Driving around looking like the google car. We peek over the 6 foot fences. lol. Don't fall brother, strap in and enjoy the ride. #swervycrew
Hello! OK, we're in Ennis in Texas on a beautiful day! This video is very clear @360p ...Hey, I'm in a helicopter now! lol! Downtown looks alive...and there's the railroad tracks! Busy outskirts too... I've seen RVs and campers setting up shop at Walmart but never saw homeless tents....Nice clean residential area leads to a busy park and dam. The roadrunning 🦆was funny!🤣...A really nice town - it doesn't look like the typical Texas towns you usually show us though! Thanks for the virtual helicopter🚁 tour!
Hi Bill. Glad you enjoyed it. It's a larger city but it was close to home and a quick day filming trip. It surprised us how much business it has in old town. I like the tower cam because we don't get all the reflections. Thanks for watching and commenting Bill.

Behind it where the intermediate school now sits used to be an old gymnasium and the Von Eric’s would come and put on wrestling matches.
