I had this promotion video on a vhs video😀 , I bought a second hand Karma and I love the sounds. I also have a Trinity but it weighs a ton. Karma is a lot more light weight and I used it for gigs. Very easy to use 😀

It is a very good keyboard, the only problem with that keyboard is the tuning the pitch stick seems make the tune change when bad, it happen in most of the Old version korg`s i use.
Not sure what makes you think that. It was selling better than the Triton at one point, and the Karma technology was carried over to every Korg flagship (OASYS, M3, Kronos) and expanded upon.
Soundwise it is a Triton, there is nothing new there, and the engine is capable but kinda weak sounding. KARMA is about the insane sequencing/arpeggiation capabilities they tacked on top of the Triton engine.

The KARMA engine is built into a lot of if not all of Korg's newer hardware and you can control those externally, so yes.

Effects are good, sound sucks.. No difference between early pa50-80 especially sax and piano, not good at all!!! They all are overreacting!!
