Amazing video. And for real it's All Things Africa and Kenya comes first. Wonderful views of the town. And soon Kakamega will give Nairobi a run for its money.
Wow 💖 It's been over 20 yrs since I visited the place. No wonder governor Opara is tops♨️ The place is organized and clean. This is how devolution should work
I am impressed that they try to pave roads hadi mashinani, but we shouldn’t be contented with these type of stadia. African countries must stop putting tracks in a stadium meant for football. It’s embarrassing. Tujenge ya football na athletics separately
Azimio tyalala!!!....😊 🙏 😊 🙏 Thanks @dolphine for informing us about bukhungu...progress looks like work in.progress ..my home county ..I was last seen..in kakamega in dec last year ....I come from amalemba
Western Kenya is really beautiful ❤️. I am from central Kenya and welcome you to cover the road from Nairobi to Isiolo generally known as Kenol Marua, Marua Isiolo road. ❤❤
You may not know how proud I am when I hear people speaking that language. Murió muno👏, how I miss my hometown. When will the Train start going to Butere from Kisumu?
I have never been to Nyanza or Western. Always thought it is a poor hellhole I will plan a visit very soon, just for curiosity purposes because to me this is unbelievable
Good work..Masinde Muliro was a great luhya politician of the 1990s he is acclaimed for fighting for multiparty politics in Kenya..he also predicted ..president seat will come to the Luhyas through the lake 😄
Please my sister 'SUPER METRO', is the latest sherrif in town linking kakamega and Nairobi si Kampala ,good job anyway.Furthermore 'muliro'means Forest and it is a relaxion area within the forest
@@limeflavin3404 you have cracked up my ribs! Remember how many luhya subtribes?....for example batsotso muliro is fire while isukha idakho its forest....that is for sure
I walked extensively in Kakamega town in the year two thousand and nine before devolution started. Thanks to county government under Governor Wycliffe Oparanya for great job.I have enjoyed the video.
After genealogical testing (DNA), I've learned that my lineage is traced to the Luhya tribe / people native to western Kenya. The researchers determined this to be 99% statistically accurate. I will be returning after my birth and many generations in the USA, visiting kakamega to learn more about my Luhya ancestry and culture. Kakamega is highly recommended for me to visit. Can you recommend places I should visit, and/or tribal member(s) that would be beneficial for me to get in touch with to learn more about my ancestry and culture? Thank you for any assistance you extend.
Broke but hungry Fisis and Fisilets who couldnt afford a simple lodging walikua wanameet Muliro gardens KU$%#@*&^^🤣🤣🤣 Anyway i wasnt that impressed, its so far away from being a city esp that Market that needs serious refurbishment and organisation.Sasa kila mtu akiuza nje who'll buy from those that are renting and selling from the inside??In my Humble opinion Eldoret is the next city in Kenya..followed by Thika then Kisii town .
I love 😘🌹😘 my language and love you guys ...keep it up..ugatusi hoyie...govoner Oparanya hoyie
Nice work @Dolphine
Wow kakamega has taken lead in terms of county governance. Thanks to devolution

Kakamega has experienced growth for sure. The roads are so fine and everything seem to be okay.
Great video of Kakamega. I like how their main road is wide. Muliro gardens is beautiful. I hope they will keep it (Kakamega) green as they grow.
Thanks Uba

Different towns keep developing faster than before we might be even shocked in 2 years by the transformation of lots of towns around Kenya
Sasa Thika si ikuwe tu part of Nairobi
