U know I am a girl and I also play volleyball and the point is that everyone with whom I play generally says that u are doing great taking good defenses but when I played a tournament I was not able to show my real ge cause of anxiety fear etc like I was just playing a normal tournament but here these are playing for the country and they are also human beings

Yamamoto, yamauchi, onodera and sometimes miyaura are all main team base players.

Japan is one of the best team and I think if India gives attention in volleyball and other sports as much as they give in cricket than India will be among one of the top teams like Japan, Brazil, etc. And I'm sure these players will play way better with good sponsership and hard training. School Tournaments info are printed in ToI paper and local newspapers, whereas when I won the VTU SouthZone championship with my team for Women's Softball competition, No headline, nothing, PPL were more like what is Softball? And during School/In campus matches for cricket, the whole institute sits and watches, when we are playing other sports sirf machhar dekhte hain humme. CRICK worship is too much in this country. To promote other sports also, we need a cricketer to promote it.

One thing i can clearly see that Our team(Indian team) has clearly focused on players height!
Its not a perticularly bad thing but we can clear see the difference in skills we are at their 50% at out best!
Just say not even 50 % to be honest...India should know how to select players for international using their brain instead of selecting just because of their heights...yes indeed height is also very much important in volleyball but the players must know how to use their brain and skills...I can see Indian players with zero skills and no strength at all....Imagine in Japan team only two or three are the main players for international and still they dominate Indian like a toy...😂 If the whole set was an international team I doubt they won't even get a single point 😂 Indian selection team should also focus on the players skills instead of their heights...I wish they use brain 😂😂😂

Right!! Liberos should be the most active player too yet all this guy did was look at the ball wherever it went. Plus he didn’t receive even a single ball properly.. I think he needs to be told that the ball has to passed onto a teammate so that it can be set, not towards the damn audience?? Every time he received the ball some guy had to run outside the court to receive it better ffs
This is not the real Indian volleyball team. They are just the relatives and the money source of Indian volleyball Management. If you wanna see the real Indian players go and check the unofficial tournaments.

@@kl5317 not really broo.... first of all see the funds provided....ISL AND IPL who get more paid..... if we invest more in football and volleyball, we can grow much more in football and volleyball too.... there were many talented players in India but I don't see much professional volleyball/football court....in Northeast India you'll see people are crazy for football and they play in mountain, no better groud nor good fecilities are provided....

I said once cricket was in this phase too, but that WC win changed everything, and criteria is still same work hard to get people's recognition than begging (don't want to use this word but that's how I describe this thing) for funds when you are achieving nothing. So rather than crying for funds they need to do more hard work to get into the people's eyes, funds and all things are secondary. If you show results, then people will love football same as cricket.
