Disney Withdraws Notion It Can Kill Disney+ Subscribers... Kind of

Disney found itself with a lot of negative press and memes due to a wrongful death lawsuit. A man's wife died from an allergic reaction from food in a restaurant at a Disney park that is not owned or operated by Disney.
Their argument, that they can't be sued and must instead go to arbitration was based on the terms and conditions listed in Disney+ because the man agreed to this during a one-month free trial of the streaming service in 2019.
