Such a beautiful and heartfelt series that should be more recognized. The cast was perfect and the main leads were quite good with their acting and portrayed so well the emotions their characters felt. "The Promise" will 'Forever' be one of my Top favorite BL storylines. The story of Phu and Nan is priceless and profoundly relatable. When Phu takes hold of Nan's hand and says "You being here is more than enough for me. You are the best birthday present I've ever had in my life." And the Nan replies "From now on we will never be separated again." That's a reciprocal Promise 🥰. Team #KunKiak 'THANK YOU"🙏🏽. And to the supporting cast and production team - "Thank You." This storyline could certainly have a season 2, and I'd still love watching it. 🥰

One of the Best Thai BL I've seen.
Somehow the masculinity of lead actors gave almost the same vibes with Together the Series.
I can also line the entire production with the
Chinese BL: Addicted.
The whole story line is very great.
Unexpected scenes and twists.
Not your regular Thai BL.
This is underated. Hope many fan BL can watch this.

The whole drunk Khunkao sequence was fantastic. From him pointing out Phu's disappearance (which neede to be dealt with) to the hilarity of him popping up in between them on the futon and waking up in Phu's embrace. Actually, sober Khunkao was perfect too.

A heartwarming story. Whatever happens they don't give up their feelings. They stood up that their love not fades. I'm crying right now.
That was the most passionate ending. But the news is we will get a S2 of The Promise. I really can't for it because I want more of PhuphaNan and Khunkhao with another guy who also named NanFah.

The way Phu was crying his heart out 35:43 fearing something might have happened to the person he loves the most, fearing having no one by his side, scared of not seeing Nan once again. And the irony of Phu disappearing from Nan’s life for years to now go through such a excruciatingly painful experience and I have to be honest, I wanted him to feel the same Nan felt with Nan being the one out of his life for some time, but this can’t be compared. This is quite heartbreaking and you just know how he’s feeling is heart breaking in so many pieces and just like the crystal broke 34:47 his heart is shattered, but not like his hope, because he’s still there being hopeful and waiting for Nan, until Nan can be the one who makes him breathe again with just his embrace 36:18 the one who can pick up all the broken pieces of his heart and heal him again, he’s the one who can fix everything and Phu is holding on to that touch 36:38 he can hold again the one he loves the most 37:51 🥺
