Varus Spartan honest test sound.

Honest Varus Power series sound test. Without any compression , Eq, FX, or any audio treatment. Not dampening or any muffling. Even bass drums are totally empty, and the resonant head isn't open, only a 2 cm hole for the cable to te mics inside the bass drums.

The sound of power Tom Tom's always makes me take notice and listen to the pitch of the drum
From the very first brand new kit I got over 30 yrs ago to present day have all had power Tom sizes ,in one case I had square sized Tom's ,and one kit with shallow stack Tom's ,power Tom's win everytime , these sound lovely .

The price tags aren't bad for what you're getting, handmade custom-made if you want and they're still cheaper then a set of custom line dw, sonar Tama or Pearl you can get a 6-piece kit for around $3,500 US dollars the same kit would cost you $10,000 from the Big Four

Varus is pretty overpriced. This 2 bass drums , 5 toms and snare, over 6500 €
