Where did you buy your little tool that you smooth your paper with once you glue it? (It's white/pink)

I got it at Dollar Tree. It's actually a make up tool, so look for it in the make up section (probably at any store)

actually I have 2 pink and white tools. The other one is a craft tool also purchased at Dollar Tree in the craft dept.
