Our government said once and once again, we want every country just manage own business, but US always thinks we want them destroyed...actually we are not interested at all...The US, the name of US is "beautiful country" if you directly translate it into chinese. When we say we are not interested in hegemony, we mean it, look at the US, they can't focus on their own people, do the right thing for the people is the point.
The irony is that the US(including some European countries) always wants to change other countries, wants them to follow the US way and do things according to the US instructions. At the same time, they also use the media to promote China as an unfree and unsafe country, and even say that China has taken away their jobs and made its people hate China.
Yet we're trying to force them to destroy their country like we destroyed the United-States. We wasted trillions of dollars in stupid and destructive wars and made the United-States a third world country infected with crimes, homelessness, drugs, ghettos and hopelessness. We can't even protect our most prosperous neighborhoods from fire because we're busy building military bases and killing people around the world.
