We cover poses, techniques for onstage movement, and I also offer corrections to common mistakes for beginners.

Good luck Maria! For bikini competitions, I would recommend that you accentuate your buttocks and stick out your tush even more than I do in my videos. Show off all your hard work and those glutes!

To walk in one straight line is the most basic. And i did not see that
Second, i would also want to add, strengthenin the core which is the stomach. Youll need for the slim poses, be it in bikini or body tight long gown. Third is elongating the neck. Lil chin up and lower the collarbone and when you lower the collarbone, the arm will follow - put some muscles in the arms, back, matching it with delicate fingers.
