My dearest loved one passed away earlier this year accidentally. He was of the Norse path and teaching me aspects of it including runes. My anger has been grief all year as I mourn. Thanks for the rune. I was picking up today.....make some black garlic and mix it with some cacao and nuts. To make the garlic you have to slow ferment it for 2 weeks in at a temperature of 120 degrees .Or when it has fully blackened. Once it's done it can be low temp dried to make a powder. These things together will increase GABA in the mind and bring calmness.
My biggest problem is I do have tons of anger inside me. But I am too scared to let it out. So I just keep my mouth shut and let everyone do whatever they want. Even if they screw me over.
