- The demise of APS hit a key point when Danny made a surprise (but brief) appearance back on the Interwebs. He may be a POS but some of his words ring true about our Burger King lovin' goof, Joe. I thought the original video was lost until one of my fellow comrades posted the link.

This is similar he agreed to have the video put up, He has no say in what happens after that, just because he's upset.
Or here's another one, if you do an interview with someone, and they get mad a year later because of whatever reason, and they don't want that video there anymore, would they have the right to have it removed? No, they relinquished those rights when they agreed to be filmed and produced and paid for their time, if I make a video and i pay the person $20 that video may never take off and I may not even make $1, or if it does and I make 500,000 they have no rights to that money due to it being left to chance, they was paid to tell their story, period, if that video ended up causing me to owe 100,000 do you think he'd help pay for it since it is about him? No, it falls on me since it's my channel and my choice to upload or not, so regardless of it doing well or not is irrelevant, danny just saw him making money, and got jealous.
If you agree to make a movie for $50,000 and the movie does so well it makes 5 billion, are you entitled to any more than you was paid? No, you was paid to do a job and you did it. Period...
So, that being said, he's not entitled to any money either and has no rights to any more money than he was being paid, now if he wanted more he could come to an agreement that would need to be written or taped, and any video after he could make more on, but any precious video he was paid for he has no right to not only ask for more money but he can't have it removed either, it's not his anymore, its Joe's property at this point.
So danny thinks it's unfair but that's how the world works bro.. it is what it is, this is just how that goes...

I see both sides. Joe made significantly more off of the videos than Danny. Danny felt this was unfair and deserved more therefore took this route even though joe brought him to his money/fame in the first place hence why joe felt he did not deserve more. Danny, he wanted more... which is understandable as it was his story that created the money. All in all Joe gave him the opportunity and made the money and paid Danny off the profit. The problem was there was no agreement on how the money would be handled before the video's would be made.
Danny isn't an idiot and realized how much joe made off the TH-cam money. this is why he called Joe out on it and that is exactly why this is how it ended

The part that broke my heart was when Joe showed the recording of Danny saying ''I don't give a fuck about them'' on the phone, referring to keep the videos up, since we liked him so much on these videos. It was like a dagger to the heart after everything we did as a community back in the days. Made it look like he only says he loved us in front of camera, but off-camera it was a different person. Boy Danny is a complete joke. I knew this almost immediately about him and was one of the first people to call him out in the comments, when Jose first started filming him. I remember Danny complaining about getting a scooter instead of a truck after everything Joe did for him and I couldn't believe it. But really Danny has never played by the rules. He didn't play by society's rules and got locked up twice. And then he spent all this time in solitary while he was locked up, because once again he didn't play by the rules. And then after his release what does he do? He takes everything he can get and cons his way through life, lying and cheating I'm trying to play the victim so people will feel sorry for him. But I never heard him say once, anyting about feeling sorry for all of the victims he has taken advantage of in his life. I never once heard him take responsibility for anything. He only just points the finger at others and blames and place the victim and wants people to feel sorry for him so he can try to take advantage of them. My prediction is he will end up back in prison again. Some people say that prison made him the way that he is now. But we all make our choices. The psychological effects on a person who has been locked up for that many years is unknown. Coming out to a world that's completely unrecognizable has to be traumatizing. Once he agreed to have himself filmed and published you have no right later on to have that taken down just because you're upset if you make a movie and 5 years later you decide you don't want your face in that film anymore do you have the right to have that film taken off shelves and out of production? No.. you don't..

Or here's another one, if you do an interview with someone, and they get mad a year later because of whatever reason, and they don't want that video there anymore, would they have the right to have it removed? No, they relinquished those rights when they agreed to be filmed and produced and paid for their time, if I make a video and i pay the person $20 that video may never take off and I may not even make $1, or if it does and I make 500,000 they have no rights to that money due to it being left to chance, they was paid to tell their story, period, if that video ended up causing me to owe 100,000 do you think he'd help pay for it since it is about him? No, it falls on me since it's my channel and my choice to upload or not, so regardless of it doing well or not is irrelevant, danny just saw him making money, and got jealous.
If you agree to make a movie for $50,000 and the movie does so well it makes 5 billion, are you entitled to any more than you was paid? No, you was paid to do a job and you did it. Period...
So, that being said, he's not entitled to any money either and has no rights to any more money than he was being paid, now if he wanted more he could come to an agreement that would need to be written or taped, and any video after he could make more on, but any precious video he was paid for he has no right to not only ask for more money but he can't have it removed either, it's not his anymore, its Joe's property at this point.

That's the way the world is now. People vlog everything these days. I'm not saying I necessarily agree with it, BUT I can understand it. People document their lives and people enjoy watching it. Joe even documents when he's in a bad place like towards the end of renovating his 3rd flip house. He was willing to document a time when he was super vulnerable and most men, especially have a hard time talking about when they're in a bad place mentally, but he let the world see it. Even though Joe has made mistakes with people and was an asshole at times, he's still obviously genuine about who he is and what his intentions are. Obviously he made his channel to try to make a living from it, but he helped a bunch of people, Danny more than any of them. Of course he couldn't keep paying Danny forever if Danny wasn't going to make more videos with him. Eventually the views come to a stop and Joe wouldn't make any more money off of them, so why continue paying Danny? I think that Danny just doesn't understand how all of this works and it clouded his judgment.
