- hi, this is the reupload version of my first leyton edit of their love story. it was blocked by youtube and i was devasted but i chose to re edit it to add longer parts bc leyton's story had more to say and show. anyway, please share it because i spent a lot of time for this! thank you for the support, it's always appreciated xx
i had to cut lucas proposing to peyton and him coming back to LA because of the copyright claim. i didn't want to re download it because it took me 5 hours to render and it's just way too long. i'm sorry!

it was always them. it wasn’t ever brooke, or lindsay, or nikki, it was always peyton. he’s loved her since what like the 5th grade or something? he just got with brooke as a rebound….im sure he loved brooke but it could never compare to the way he felt about peyton.
Brooke took his vcard so im sure there was some type of tie for sure but he never loved Brooke the way he loved Peyton. The more you watch the show you can see the clues they throw out. Like the heart on the wall in season 1 when Peyton gets the call that her Dads ok (right before the affair starts), and the synch between Nikki and Jake, Lucas and Peyton, how personal Lucas took not being a good friend, the convos with Ellie. It's just so much and its eloquently written and acted out

Always felt like Brucas was really forced. Leyton just flowed. Their chemistry was so essy.
They became so overhated the last few years, but i love their story, their chemiestry was so good, and im just a sucker for a ship you can tell is going to end up together even yearly on❤

theyre literally soulmates, brooke and lucas were alright but its obvious peyton is luke's soulmate. he literally always held a torch for her and in what she thought were her last moments she was willing to hurt brooke (her life long best friend) if it meant one last moment with lucas ❤

i dont. I use this video to fast forward through/skip season 1-5, And then i watch season 6 in full length (because season 6 is when Lucas & Peyton are together, And to me personally thats the best season of the entire show)
season 7-9 i have never watched (not even once) because peyton & lucas aint in it 😂
Fun fact: Chad Michael Murray was offered the role of Ryan on The O.C. He turned it down to instead do One Tree Hill. CMM said he turned down the role on The O.C because he didn't want to play the bad boy anymore. The role eventually went to Ben Mckenzie.

I have never seen such a couple plot... Especially season 5 he subconsciously writing a book about peyton... Their emotional connection... Lucas vicariously reading her all the time... He gets what she is thinking.. About what she is sad about.. Worried about.. I think they(Lucas and peyton) were better friends than brooke and peyton...
they (leyton) understood each other on a deeper level for sure but i don’t think we can compare their friendships

Okay, I’m only 20 minute into the video and I’m gonna stop because I think I’m gonna watch the show. I’ve never seen it but the whole Brooke and Lucas thing I don’t like. It’s like Layla and Spencer from All American. Brooke knows and has teased Peyton about the connection she has with Lucas. Knows she likes him but won’t admit it but still dates him? That’s what Layla did to Olivia and they are supposedly best friends? Now, I don’t know the whole story because I haven’t watched it but this makes it clear they had a real connection before he started dating Brooke. Or maybe I’m stupid and don’t know anything🤷♀️

Always ALWAYS preferred Brooke and Lucas.. They were better on screen to watch BUT since they married and divorced IRL, I totally understand why the writers had to go the other way..
ehhhh leyton were always endgame since the beginning (pilot). that's what the creator of the show and sophia bush both stated. brucas were never in the cards! plus, the original love triangle was supposed to be nathan, peyton and lucas :))

Their daughter's name is Sawyer. Peyton suffered from a condition called Placenta previa and she was at risk for hermorraghing and dying, so was the baby. Lucas didn't want her to go through with the pregnancy because he didn't want to lose her, but he set it all aside and refused to think of a life without her. Luckily it all worked out in the end and they got to be a family but Lucas fought so hard for Peyton, just like she did for her daughter in the end
