The word that the doctor wrote on the paper is "muttal" which means 'fool' in Tamil. The 'voice' heard by the construction worker at the end is referring to alcohol, and how getting drunk makes him feel like that.

I watched this movie twice. It's one of the better movies I saw this year. Sad that it didn't pull in big numbers at the box office.
89 crs isn't big collection 😂? And that too its for a content movie it's not a normal commercial movie

So far, this stands out as the finest Tamil film of 2023, blending comedy, action, and emotion seamlessly.
Yogi babu was talking about the beverage shop which closes by 10 PM .. So he feels an intuition that he has to buy the alcohol within that time😂

In the terrace scene, Yogi Babu is talking about booze. A quarter refers to booze. It is the 180ml bottle. So in any tamil movie you hear the words "Sarakku" or "quarter" they are talking about alcohol
