Well it was just a number that i threw out there. The average real estate agent sells 3 homes a year. So doing 50 you would be crushing averages every where and that is what we coach agents to do. As an independent contractor you decide what you sell and the money you make and 90 homes a year is way obtainable with the right training and systems

You're not just kidding. Most important is you try to learn from the struggle and come out of it a better person.

You have to plan out your life. If not life happens and takes you on its journey not yours and you don't always get the results you need.

I would just say play the right part. Ask questions. Questions build trust. Never sell those people.
