I did the fronts first on my 18JLUR. Rears will be delivered today. I removed inner plastic fender and trimmed off tabs with a dremel front and rear. Much cleaner looking. Also installed Artec front fender chop kit with LED's. Huge difference and clean. I tossed all the plastic clips and simply replaced with ss button head 1/4-20 screws. Using the screws and ss nylon nuts, you only need like four on each fender to securely hold the fenders on. The Artec inners should be powder coated or at the very least, clear coated. Aluminum will corrode over time. IMO, for what the inner fenders cost, they should be powder coated from Artec. ;/
Anyone know the spacer size? I bought some super cheap on Facebook marketplace but it’s missing the spacers and the drill template but I’ll Probably eye ball it or install it. Mark it from the back and drill forward. I could probably just measure the gap for the spacer but they seem to be about quarter inch based off the video. Thanks
I tried installing my rear inner fender liners on the driver side, it did not fit perfectly as the video appears. Come to found out, it did not fit due to the shock bracket being in the way and I may need to modify the Artec inner fender liners by cutting off the ends that is suppose to slide into the gas filler tube and hope that it works out. I have a 19" JL with 2.5" lift
I ended up cutting off the ends near the gas filler tube and then it fit! I spoke with the tech before making the cut and they stated I should not be occurring the problems as the rear inner fenders are designed to fit all jl vehicles; stock or lifted and referred me to watch this video. However, that did not happen with my jeep, but we solved the issue by cutting the ends and it worked out.
I'm having an issue with my 40s rubbing the rear back part of the inner fender lip. I noticed yours don't go that far back That's the part of the inner fender area that I need to trim so I'm wondering if these might work for me Have you guys tried it on trimming that inner lip of the inner fender toward the back to fit 40s yet and does it work?
Awesome install videos!! Appreciate the time it took you to make. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.
I want to see the front fender chop and also the bolt kit you spoke about also for the fenders. Love the stuff you guys do at Artec

Can you give a ballpark as to how much you gain in clearance over the stock liners?
You can run a 40” tire with these.
Can we get the rear JT/JT Diesel install videos as well? Thanks!
Great video. So do you just re-attach the fender flare with the factory plastic on it so it's not all bare and exposed under the flare? Thank you.
Will these fit a 2020 Rubicon JLU Diesel? Great video no fluff. Simple
Hi, Our rear inner fender liners will work on the Diesel JL The Diesel front inner liners are just getting finished up and will be for sale very soon.

Do you guys have a part that covers the area facing the rear bumper? I get a lot of salt and water splashing into that area and there.
Unfortunately we do not.

That is a small JL.

Following this, I already trimmed the back and front portions. I just ordered my inner fenders so we will see how this works out.
