@HairyPixels We were living in Phichit, which is even smaller. My wife is from that area. Moved to Phitsanulok, next province over, to be closer to bigger city and more conveniences, like McDonald's.

I'm going to suggest a video. you can record a video about the schools language in Chiang Mai to get a visa . for example, where is it situated in Chiang mai?how much does it cost? how many classes do you need per week or month for a valid visa? Does the school do all the papers to get the visa or you need to do it personally in the embassy? etc
I've got twice the subs, but get way fewer views. You're making about twice what I make per month on YT these days. But like you said, it's a hobby we do for other reasons and hey, if it ever takes off that'd be cool too.

I was going to film my training etc. for social media as a record for me and with the hope of making some money out of it. But it seems like such a lot of time and for little return, and I would feel too self-conscious doing it anyway.... especially with my 'face for radio'!
Well done! If you’re serious about losing weight, never drink coke or fruit juice. It’s pure sugar without the fiber of the fruit to slow it down properly. Drink water with a pinch of quality salt for electrolytes. Keep up the good work, enjoying the videos
@@JonInChiangMai and you’re walking a lot so it’s less damaging. If you could get into ketosis, you’d be fueled by fat instead of sugar but it takes a lot of discipline in the beginning.

Its a waste of time. you are best to make some more professional videos on other platforms.
I think if you intention is the just make money you won't like it, for me I enjoy it and it gets me out and about :)

8 years in Chiang Mai, plan to live here indefinitely :)

It would depend on other earnings so difficult to say really, you get up to about 24k baht a month in Thailand tax free using some deductions.
